CommunicationSo, I ordered a graduation gift on a Friday afternoon, eh? The whole process was a total nightmare, let me tell you. They asked me to upload my i.d. and confirm my mailing address, which I did right away. But then, nothing was done with that info until Monday. I called a bunch of times and got different answers on when the item would be shipped. Finally, on my last call, they told me the item wasn't even in stock! It was so annoying dealing with all the back and forth and not getting a straight answer. I wasted so much time trying to buy from them, only to come out empty-handed, eh.
