This place is terrible at quality control for custom orders. After just 2 months, my fiancée's engagement ring got all bent out of shape while she was holding something as light as an Amazon package. We went back to the store, and the person there actually had the nerve to laugh at my fiancée and say the ring was poorly made. It was a custom order, so they should have been extra careful, but nope, they messed it up big time. We had to send it back for repairs, and when it came back, it was even worse. The setting was crooked, a prong was broken, the diamonds were loose, and the welding was terrible. And then they had the audacity to suggest we pay them thousands for a full rebuild. Can you believe that? It's just not right.
