I ordered a ring online, and to my disappointment, the quality wasn't as good as I had hoped. I sent it back right away, hoping either for a new one or my money back. But, the company hasn't responded to any of my emails or calls. It's really frustrating being ignored when you're trying to sort something out. So now, I've had to start a chargeback case with PayPal and will also be talking to my bank about it. It's awful to see others going through the same thing with this company. Take my advice and steer clear of this potential scam.
