Diamond engagement ring
The customer service at this place is just terrible. They make you sign an NDA just to hide how bad their service really is. I can't stress this enough, do not buy from them, it's a mistake.
Ring resizing issue
I had to send back a ring to this company for resizing, but the return shipping labels they gave me didn't work, and I had a bunch of problems along the way. I tried a bunch of times, but I just couldn't get the ring back to them for resizing. I had to get it resized at a local shop instead, which cost me extra money that the company didn't reimburse me for. It was a pretty letdown experience, so I'd recommend others to look into different options.
Diamond engagement ring
I ordered a diamond engagement ring and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was terrible, and the company was not being straight with me at all. Every time I reached out about my order, they just kept giving me false hope and misinformation. The so-called supervisor I talked to didn't do anything to help, even though I gave them many chances to fix things. It seems like they just like to talk but don't actually do anything. I was so done with all the lies and promises that never turned out to be true.
Our future engagement rings purchased
My partner and I had a great time with the sales guy. He was really nice, listened to us, and knew his stuff. He took the time to answer all our questions and went above and beyond what we expected. We were glad that he treated us well as a same-sex couple and didn't pressure us at all to buy anything. We found the perfect rings and for sure will come back to get our engagement rings and wedding bands from there in the future.
Faulty diamond, poor workmanship, lost diamond.
My experience with that jeweler was really disappointing. I bought a 2ct diamond for my 20th wedding anniversary, and it fell out after just 6 months of wearing it. The company's reaction to my loss was not understanding or helpful at all. I'm really upset and frustrated with the quality of their craftsmanship.

Let me tell you, the ring I got is just gorgeous. But man, the trouble started when we needed to resize it. We decided to go with the resizing service and sent in the ring because it was too big when it arrived. After waiting for over six weeks, we finally got it back, only to realize it was still the same size as before. Sent it back for resizing again, but it's been over a month now and there's been no progress. The whole back and forth between the company and the resizing service has left me feeling so frustrated.
Wedding band purchase
I recently bought a wedding band from this company and I was really disappointed with the quality. The coating on the band started coming off after only a few days of wearing it, which is not cool for something that's supposed to be a "luxury" item. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and were just brushing me off. They only offered me a partial refund, expecting me to send the ring back and lose a bunch of money. I had to threaten legal action and get organizations like the Better Business Bureau involved to finally get a full refund. The fact that they tried to shut me up with a non-disclosure agreement before giving me my money back is ridiculous and unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to threaten or be forced into anything just to be treated fairly.

He was really good at explaining everything and even took notes to remember our preferences. We will definitely be coming back here again!
