My experience with that jeweler was really disappointing. I bought a 2ct diamond for my 20th wedding anniversary, and it fell out after just 6 months of wearing it. The company's reaction to my loss was not understanding or helpful at all. I'm really upset and frustrated with the quality of their craftsmanship.

I recently bought a lab-made 2.62ct, F color, VS1 clarity diamond from this company and I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I ordered the diamond on a Tuesday and it arrived a day earlier than expected, on the following Monday. The diamond was exactly what I wanted and the price was way better than natural diamonds I checked out. I spent just over $10k on it, which is a steal compared to the $30k+ price of natural diamonds. Even though I saw some bad reviews online, I didn't have any issues with my purchase and I'm really pleased with the diamond's quality and the service I got from the company.

We decided to go with the resizing service and sent in the ring because it was too big when it arrived. After waiting for over six weeks, we finally got it back, only to realize it was still the same size as before. Sent it back for resizing again, but it's been over a month now and there's been no progress. The whole back and forth between the company and the resizing service has left me feeling so frustrated.

Customers shouldn't have to threaten or be forced into anything just to be treated fairly.
