Let me share how my experience went with this online store. Ordering stuff was easy, but I gotta say the service wasn't that great. I had some questions about a product I wanted, and it took ages to hear back from their customer service. The prices were okay, but I was hoping for better deals considering all the stuff they sell. And then the delivery got delayed by a couple of days, which was annoying. All in all, I wasn't too happy with how things went down when I shopped here.

The tickets could be printed at home, but the process was a bit complicated - that's more on the train company than the booking site. Despite that, I had a good overall experience with booking and getting my tickets.
