I really loved my course subscription! The content was amazing, the exercises were fun, and the projects were super cool. I learned a lot and had a blast doing it. The only downside was that I couldn't keep accessing the courses I completed once my subscription was over. I hope they fix that in the future because I want to continue learning and reviewing the material even after I finish.

But nope, got an email on Friday - day before the big day - saying our tickets were suddenly not available. Even though there were still identical Grounds Passes up for grabs on the site, all they offered us was a refund. Total letdown, felt like we got ripped off. Think twice before buying from this website, just a heads up.

Wedding band purchase
I recently bought a wedding band from this company and I was really disappointed with the quality. The coating on the band started coming off after only a few days of wearing it, which is not cool for something that's supposed to be a "luxury" item. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and were just brushing me off. They only offered me a partial refund, expecting me to send the ring back and lose a bunch of money. I had to threaten legal action and get organizations like the Better Business Bureau involved to finally get a full refund. The fact that they tried to shut me up with a non-disclosure agreement before giving me my money back is ridiculous and unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to threaten or be forced into anything just to be treated fairly.
