    I really loved my course subscription! The content was amazing, the exercises were fun, and the projects were super cool. I learned a lot and had a blast doing it. The only downside was that I couldn't keep accessing the courses I completed once my subscription was over.     We bought tickets for a golf tournament a few weeks ago, thinking we'd have our e-tickets by the Thursday before the event. Even though there were still identical Grounds Passes up for grabs on the site, all they offered us was a refund. Total letdown, felt like we got ripped off.     My time at the luggage storage joint was awesome! The folks there really went the extra mile to help me drop off my bags. Even though I was having trouble with my WiFi, two cool dudes were super patient and helped me get the app all set up. Their friendly and helpful vibe made the whole thing easy breezy.     OMG, I'm totally obsessed with the shirts I picked up from here! They're just so adorable and super comfy.     I bought a handbag and a dress in another country, eh! And what happened, you ask? The handbag goes and starts peeling on Christmas Day, can you believe that?! It's supposed to be leather, but turns out it's just plastic. I forked over a bunch of cash for it, and now it's falling apart on me.     I recently bought a wedding band from this company and I was really disappointed with the quality. The coating on the band started coming off after only a few days of wearing it, which is not cool for something that's supposed to be a "luxury" item. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all and were just brushing me off. They only offered me a partial refund, expecting me to send the ring back and lose a bunch of money. I had to threaten legal action and get organizations like the Better Business Bureau involved to finally get a full refund. The fact that they tried to shut me up with a non-disclosure agreement before giving me my money back is ridiculous and unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to threaten or be forced into anything just to be treated fairly.

    E-bike tires replacement

    I'm really bummed out about the crappy tires that came with my e-bike, and the company taking forever to deal with the recall. It's been over 6 months and I'm still waiting for new tires. The lack of help is driving me nuts! The company even said not to ride the bike until the tires are replaced, but they haven't done anything about it.     I got this camera from TekniSTORE and let me tell you, it was a total rip-off! Can you believe it? The usb port is completely the wrong color!
