I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Their website was super easy to use, I found some awesome clothes and accessories that I totally vibed with. The whole checkout process was a breeze, and I got a confirmation email real quick. But then came tracking my order, and that's where things got a bit bumpy. The tracking info wasn't getting updated like it should've been, so I had to bug them a few times to see where my package was at. Let me tell you, that definitely got me feeling a bit impatient 'cause I couldn't wait for my new stuff to show up.
Affordable clothing items
I've been buying stuff from this online store for a while now and it's been a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. Sometimes I've been really happy with what I've bought, but other times, a bit let down. Generally, though, most of my shopping experiences have been pretty good. Just a heads up, it's worth being careful when you buy because sometimes things can look different in person, especially when it comes to the quality of the material. That being said, I do like that the products are affordable and feel like you can get good bang for your buck here.
Large order split into two, delayed delivery
So I just made this big order online, eh. It got split into two shipments, so the delivery took a bit longer. But, you know, with everything going on with COVID-19, I think the wait time was fair. It took like 2 and a half weeks for both shipments to come in, but hey, when they finally did, everything was bang on with what I ordered. The only hiccup was I had to send back a bunch of stuff 'cause I goofed up on the sizes for some shorts, eh. But, no worries, the return process was easy peasy. Some of the clothing was a tad sheer, but still totally wearable.
Recent dress purchase
My recent purchase of a dress from here was pretty good. The dress came quickly and was good quality, as I had hoped. However, I did run into a few problems with their website when I was trying to buy it. The checkout part was kind of confusing, so I had to reach out to customer service for some help. But they were super quick and really helpful when they got back to me. As for the price, I thought it was fair considering the quality of the dress. All in all, I'd definitely think about shopping here again for my next clothing purchase.

Hey, so I had to change my address for an order, and I was totally panicking because I thought it couldn't be updated. But then I talked to Samantha, and let me tell you, she was amazing. She fixed the problem really quickly, and I was so relieved. A big shoutout to her for the fast and awesome service!
Birthday outfit ruined
I was so pumped to get my order from this company for my birthday outfit, but when I opened it, I saw that it got wrecked ‘cause it was poorly wrapped. The item I was looking forward to was all messed up, and I was so upset. But when I got in touch with their customer service, my irritation disappeared real quick. The person I talked to, couldn’t catch their name properly, was super helpful and wasted no time in giving me my money back. Colette helped me out, asking all the right questions and in the end, got me my money back. I was really impressed by how professional and committed the customer service team was.

I just noticed I typed in the wrong address for my order and right away I messaged customer service on WhatsApp. Ms. Marianne was so helpful and quickly fixed the address mix-up. She made sure my order would be sent to the right place. I'm really thankful for the fast and professional help I got from customer service. Thanks for the great service!
Delayed order refund
I had a really bad experience with my order from this company. I ordered it in August and was supposed to get it in September, but it never came. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just kept giving me excuses and told me to keep waiting. The way they handled it was so frustrating and not cool at all. It's not right for a customer to have to jump through hoops just to get a refund for something that never showed up.
Faulty items (torn pocket on joggers, missing belt from jacket)
I gave customer service a call about the problems I had with my purchase - there was a rip in the pocket of the joggers and no belt with the jacket. Lindsay got back to me pretty quickly and had some good suggestions to fix things. They gave me a full refund for the joggers and half off for the jacket. They also helped me find a new belt to finish off the look. All in all, I'm happy with how everything was handled by customer service.
Parcel delivery
I ordered a package and it's been days now, but there's still no update on when it will be delivered. The courier service this company uses is not helpful at all; they are saying I have to wait until 8pm to see if it will come today, even though there's no confirmation it's out for delivery. I've been trying to track down this package for days now, but they're not making any effort to help or get in touch with the courier. The service from this company is just awful, and I won't be buying from them again. I'm going to let others know about my bad experience until this situation gets resolved.
Jumpsuits and dresses
I was actually pretty happy with the stuff I got. Even though the prices were super low, the clothes fit well and came really fast without any mix-ups. The fabric is a bit on the thin side, but that's kind of what I expected for the price. If you're worried about your shape, just pick stuff that doesn't need special undergarments. That's my two cents.
Return problem
I've been shopping at this store forever and had some issues returning an item once. I had to ask for help a couple of times and finally Connor & Natasha stepped in. They were really helpful and now I'll definitely continue shopping here.
My order got lost but they sent a new one
Oh man, I ordered these really cute clothes but because I entered the wrong address, my package didn't show up! I felt so silly! But then this guy, Haseeb, was amazing and sent me a new one right away! He totally saved the day and I got my stuff in record time! Woo hoo!
Men's cotton underwear
I just bought some men's cotton underwear from this store, but they ended up shrinking after I washed them in hot water. I reached out to their customer service and sent a picture of the problem. I was really happy when they gave me a refund within 12 hours of me getting in touch, even though it was a Saturday. Their return policy is the best I've ever seen, and I'll for sure be shopping with them again.
Boot inquiry response from Lucy
I contacted about some boots and Lucy got back to me right away. It was nice to get such a friendly and personalized message. Knowing there are actual people responding to my emails makes me feel better, especially if there are any problems with my orders later on. Lucy's customer service was really great, and I'm thankful for it.
