I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Their website was super easy to use, I found some awesome clothes and accessories that I totally vibed with. The whole checkout process was a breeze, and I got a confirmation email real quick. But then came tracking my order, and that's where things got a bit bumpy. The tracking info wasn't getting updated like it should've been, so I had to bug them a few times to see where my package was at. Let me tell you, that definitely got me feeling a bit impatient 'cause I couldn't wait for my new stuff to show up.
Affordable clothing items
I've been buying stuff from this online store for a while now and it's been a bit of a mixed bag, to be honest. Sometimes I've been really happy with what I've bought, but other times, a bit let down. Generally, though, most of my shopping experiences have been pretty good. My recent purchase of a dress from here was pretty good. The dress came quickly and was good quality, as I had hoped. But they were super quick and really helpful when they got back to me. As for the price, I thought it was fair considering the quality of the dress. All in all, I'd definitely think about shopping here again for my next clothing purchase.

I had a bit of trouble with my order the other day - it got lost in transit. But let me tell you, the customer service team was amazing! They helped me track down my package and even sent me a new order with rush delivery. I was really impressed with how quick they were in responding to my worries. Plus, they gave me different ways to get in touch with them, which was super helpful. It was such a relief to have such efficient and understanding help when things were getting frustrating.
Faulty items (torn pocket on joggers, missing belt from jacket)
I gave customer service a call about the problems I had with my purchase - there was a rip in the pocket of the joggers and no belt with the jacket. Lindsay got back to me pretty quickly and had some good suggestions to fix things. They gave me a full refund for the joggers and half off for the jacket. They also helped me find a new belt to finish off the look. All in all, I'm happy with how everything was handled by customer service.
Jumpsuits and dresses
I was actually pretty happy with the stuff I got. Even though the prices were super low, the clothes fit well and came really fast without any mix-ups. The fabric is a bit on the thin side, but that's kind of what I expected for the price. If you're worried about your shape, just pick stuff that doesn't need special undergarments. That's my two cents.

Boot inquiry response from Lucy
I contacted about some boots and Lucy got back to me right away. It was nice to get such a friendly and personalized message. Knowing there are actual people responding to my emails makes me feel better, especially if there are any problems with my orders later on. Lucy's customer service was really great, and I'm thankful for it.
Online shopping nightmare
I put in an order almost two weeks back and it still hasn't shown up. I even shelled out extra for Express Shipping, but my package seems to have disappeared into thin air. The customer service reps at this company have not been much help at all, just telling me to "wait it out." Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, someone named Stacey actually took action and gave me back some of the shipping cost. It's a step in the right direction, but it doesn't make up for the lack of service and communication overall. Boohoo may have cool clothes, but their shipping system is a mess. If you're in the US, expect delays no matter what shipping method you go for. Thanks, but no thanks, I won't be shopping here again.
