Pain relief device
This pain relief device has been a total game-changer for me, eh. I've been struggling with chronic pain for years, and nothing seemed to do the trick until I gave this product a shot. The electrical stimulation it gives out really helps ease my pain, and I've been able to cut back on my pain meds. It's easy to use and comfortable to wear, so it's handy for everyday use. False information emails
I got a bunch of emails from the company telling me to come back and saying they'd delete all my photos if I didn't. Even though I paid for a membership, turns out I didn't have any photos saved on their site. I felt tricked and annoyed by the whole thing.

Online shopping nightmare
I put in an order almost two weeks back and it still hasn't shown up. I even shelled out extra for Express Shipping, but my package seems to have disappeared into thin air. The customer service reps at this company have not been much help at all, just telling me to "wait it out." Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, someone named Stacey actually took action and gave me back some of the shipping cost. It's a step in the right direction, but it doesn't make up for the lack of service and communication overall. Boohoo may have cool clothes, but their shipping system is a mess. If you're in the US, expect delays no matter what shipping method you go for. Thanks, but no thanks, I won't be shopping here again.
