Dress for a special occasion
I bought a dress for a fancy event not too long ago, and I ran into some problems that were totally my fault. But the staff at the store quickly fixed everything, making my whole shopping experience super pleasant. They were so helpful and really went the extra mile to help me out. I've never had customer service this good, and I really appreciate their outstanding service.
Lace Bodysuit
The customer service at this store is amazing! I had a problem with a lost order and Jordan and Ellen, the team, were so quick to help. They gave me lots of options and really made sure I was happy. It's so nice to see such great service, especially in the fashion world. When you pair that kind of service with the gorgeous designs they have here, it's a perfect match. I'll definitely be coming back again because of their fantastic service.
Dresses for any occasion
I just wanted to share that I recently ordered some dresses from this website, eh. They were amazing quality and got here real fast, even though I didn't pay for express shipping. The packaging was well done, made sure the dresses stayed in great shape. If I needed to return something, it was super easy, and the customer service was top-notch. Dresses, UK size 8, returned items
So I found this store and I gotta say, they have a really good variety of dresses. I wear a UK size 8 and their sizes seem to be spot on because the dresses fit me like a glove. I did have to send back a couple things, though, and it took a bit longer than expected to get my money back. But they sorted it out quick and even gave me a discount for my next purchase. All in all, the dresses are top-notch and the customer service is great.

I had an awesome experience with Lavish Alice! I accidentally used a 10% discount code instead of the 20% code for my first purchase. I contacted customer service, explained what happened, and they quickly refunded me the extra 10% without any issues. Big shoutout to their team for dealing with my problem so well and providing such great customer service!

I just wanted to share about this awesome customer service I got from this company. So, basically, I messed up my email address when I was ordering something and didn't get a confirmation. I sent an email to their customer service team right away, and within five minutes, they fixed the problem by updating my email and sending me the confirmation again. I was really impressed by how quick and professional they were. Their fast help and willingness to fix my mistake so quickly totally went above and beyond what I expected.

I had a problem with something I bought and had to return it. I kept getting emails asking for more info after starting the return. It made me wonder if it was a scam. But in the end, I got a quick response and got my money back, so that's good.
Overpriced clothing
Hey, so I might have gone a bit crazy and spent some extra money on stuff that was kinda too expensive, but man, the service was amazing! I had a payment issue to deal with, and the help I got was really great. The person helping me was super quick to respond and got everything sorted out for me. Awesome customer service!
Delayed refund
Even though the product was okay, it was super annoying to wait almost a whole month for my refund. I had to reach out to customer service two times before they finally got it sorted out. They were quick to respond and speed up the refund after my second message (which was 14 working days after I sent back the item), but it seems like other people have had the same problem with getting their money back. The dresses are nice and all, but the prices are high and the refund process takes too long, so I'm not sure if I want to buy from this company again.
Pricey items
I made a big mistake and sent all my expensive stuff to the wrong place. I was freaking out, but luckily Tarek came to the rescue. He fixed everything, saved me money and stress. They need to keep Tarek on the team, he's amazing. The delivery was quick and the items are really good quality. I'm looking forward to shopping here again.
