Even though the product was okay, it was super annoying to wait almost a whole month for my refund. I had to reach out to customer service two times before they finally got it sorted out. They were quick to respond and speed up the refund after my second message (which was 14 working days after I sent back the item), but it seems like other people have had the same problem with getting their money back. The dresses are nice and all, but the prices are high and the refund process takes too long, so I'm not sure if I want to buy from this company again.

I picked up my backpack 6 years ago and it's been the best travel buddy ever since. Had a little problem with the zipper recently, but the customer service was amazing - they're sending me a new one for free. Can't complain about that kind of service!
