21l PRVKE backpack
I've had the 21l PRVKE backpack for about 5 years now, and I have to say, the quality is amazing. Even with all the use it's gotten, the backpack is still holding up really well and looks almost new. I did run into some problems with it recently and thought about getting a new one from a different brand. But, the customer service I got from the company was top-notch. They answered my questions quickly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. That kind of service made me decide to stick with this brand for sure.

I just had to use my warranty on my daypack because the outside fabric started wearing out after using it every day for six years. I sent in a claim and got a quick email back within an hour.
