Sick backpack, amazing warranty

I've had my backpack for over five years now, and it's been on so many cool adventures with me. I took it to Vietnam, and it's still holding up pretty well, except for a little seam issue near the strap. When I contacted them for help, they responded really quickly with a great fix. I'm definitely going to continue buying from them!
