I bought the backpack about six months back and had a problem with the chest strap breaking while I was out hiking. I got in touch with customer service and I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how smoothly they handled my warranty claim. They ended up giving me a newer model backpack to replace my old one, without charging me anything. Dealing with a lot of customer service in the past, I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had.
