I bought the PRVKE 31L backpack in March 2020 and have been using it every day for different trips. It's been really good at carrying all sorts of stuff, and overall, I think it's a great bag. After using it a lot, I noticed that a part of the backpack was starting to come unstitched. I reached out to customer service and brought up the lifetime warranty, and they quickly agreed to send me a new bag for just the shipping cost. I'm grateful for the company keeping their word and making sure their customers are happy.
