I've been a big fan of this company's stuff since 2018, supporting a bunch of their new bag projects. Their stuff always impresses me with quality and features. Recently, my OG D1 Fanny Pack, which I've had for 4 years, had a broken zipper. I reached out to customer service, sent in some pics, and explained the issue. They got back to me the same day and offered to replace my pack with the new version of the D1 for free. Their customer service and commitment to their lifetime warranty are top-notch and really stand out from other companies. I'm super happy with both the product and service from this company.
