Bargain variety
I was first interested in OnBuy because they have so many great deals and you can easily pay with Klarna and Clearpay. But, my experience ended up being not so great because of all the problems I had with my deliveries. Many times, I got orders that were missing items or items were just left outside my house for days after they were supposed to arrive. I know that these issues might be more about the courier or transportation services, but it still makes me nervous to place more orders with OnBuy. It's a bummer because I was really looking forward to checking out all the amazing deals they have, but the delivery issues have kind of ruined the fun of shopping there.

Email spam
Seriously, this guy needs to chill with all the emails he keeps sending me. I don't even know who he is, what he does, or why he thinks I care about what he's selling. I've tried blocking him, but he keeps getting through. It's so annoying and feels like an invasion of my privacy. I really wish there was a way to make him go away and leave me alone for good.

Online purchase
I recently ordered something online and it was a total nightmare. The company decided to use UPS for delivery, even though I've had bad experiences with them in the past. When I tried to sort out the delivery mess, my only option was to just cancel my order. The customer service people couldn't really speak English well, so they messed up my address for the third time. I'm so drained and frustrated by this whole situation, and it seems like there's no end in sight.

Replacement Product Assistance
I reached out to customer service the other day for help with a replacement product, and I gotta say, I was blown away by the service. The rep, Katarina, was super helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She gave me some great tips on sending back the old product and even set up the pickup for the new one, which arrived at my door the next day. My only little tip for improvement would be suggesting to print the DHL files on one side instead of two.

Whizlabs has been so helpful for me in learning new tech skills. They offer tons of examples and hands-on labs to really solidify the concepts I've been learning in their courses. I've gone through a few courses with them, like Kubernetes, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, and Terraform, and they've all been fantastic. The content is super organized, easy to understand, and full of really helpful info. I love the hands-on exercises and labs that let me put what I've learned into practice in a real-world setting.
