Affiliate and creator platform for advertisers
The Impact platform for advertisers is really amazing, eh? As a customer, I gotta say it's top-notch in the market. They're always coming up with cool updates, making it super easy to create a top-tier partner program. The Customer Success team is so on the ball, eh? They know their stuff and have way more experience than other affiliate network managers. All in all, I'm really impressed with Impact's platform and the service they provide, eh?
Online registration experience
My experience with online registration was super easy. The instructions were clear, the process was simple, and I didn't have any problems at all. I liked being able to do everything from my own couch. Overall, it was a really good experience.
Affiliate platform subscription
I've been using this affiliate platform for the last 6 months to promote my B2B services. During this time, I've made over 100 sales that I carefully kept an eye on. It's a real shame that only less than 10% of these sales were actually tracked correctly by the platform. This has cost me over $1000 in potential earnings because the platform couldn't track clicks and sales properly. On the other hand, when I used a different platform for the same sales, every single click and sale was tracked accurately and quickly.
Affiliate program disappointment
When I signed up for the affiliate program, I was hopeful that I could make some extra money by promoting products. Unfortunately, my experience with the platform has been a nightmare. Even though I met all the requirements and made sales, I haven't received any payment yet. It's frustrating to work hard and not get paid because of payment problems. I've reached out to their support team many times, but the lack of response and transparency about payment issues is not okay. It's disappointing to see a company not taking responsibility for its affiliates. I found out that others are also having payment problems, with low ratings on review platforms like Trustpilot. The 1.5-star rating shows how unreliable the company is with payments. Based on my experience and other users' negative feedback, I strongly recommend against joining the affiliate program. It's disheartening to put in time and effort promoting brands through this platform and not get anything in return. I hope the company fixes these issues and improves payment processes to rebuild trust with its affiliates.
Earned money not paid
I'm really frustrated with Impact! I earned some money, but they're not giving it to me. It's such a rip-off! And their customer support is terrible, they never do anything to help. I've been trying to get my money for months, and I still haven't received anything. They just keep taking my earnings without even asking!
I got stuff from Impact
I ordered some stuff from Impact, but then I needed help and the support team didn't get back to me for two weeks! I sent them multiple messages, but haven't heard anything. Now I'm thinking about getting a lawyer because my $200k is stuck there.
Online marketing services
This company has been a total nightmare to deal with. As a small business owner, I've had problems with their invoices and when I tried to get some answers, they threatened me with legal action. Their customer service is non-existent, and I've been bombarded with fake orders since I started using their services. My advice would be to steer clear of them at all costs.

I thought it was a trustworthy platform because big companies like Shopify, Robinhood, Lenovo, and others were using it. I had made $505 by January 2024 and they told me I would get paid on March 21, 2024. But when the payment was sent out, the withdraw button was gone. I reached out to the support team, and they asked for a picture of my ID card which I sent, but I still haven't heard anything back. I just want to warn others about these kinds of affiliate network scams. This is the second platform that has blocked my payment, CJ affiliate did it before.
Affiliate platform registration process
My experience with Impact was really disappointing. The sign-up process was way too long and confusing, making me feel frustrated and lost. It felt like hours went by with no results, and when I finally heard back, I was rejected with no clear reason why. The lack of communication and openness during the whole thing was really disheartening, especially since I've had good experiences with other platforms. I wouldn't suggest Impact to anyone looking to work with an affiliate platform.

Using Impact used to be great for making money as an influencer and getting paid for website collaborations. But now, it's just awful. The customer service is really lacking, they can't even spell correctly. It was much better when they had representatives in the United States. I've had my account for about 4 years and now I'm waiting forever for a payment that used to be quick. They're requesting my ID and still not assisting me. I believe this company is headed for failure.
Email support and currency issue
I recently tried out this Affiliate Network and I gotta say, the email support was top-notch. But I was a bit bummed when I realized I couldn't switch the currency - it was stuck on BDT, my country's money. Plus, when it came to withdrawing my earnings, it was a hassle going through HSBC bank. I think they should update this, 'cause lots of companies are doing direct bank transfers now, and it'd be way easier.
£600 purchase
I spent $600 on something and now I totally regret it. They took my money but haven't sent me the product. They keep giving me excuses instead. I suggest avoiding this company if you don't want to lose your money.
Tech support services
I contacted Impact for tech support and I have to say, I'm really let down by the service I've been getting. I made a support ticket 2 months back and still haven't heard anything from them. It's not cool to leave me hanging like this, especially since I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. On top of that, my payment is stuck and nobody has told me why. I'm really disappointed with how Impact is handling this and they need to step up their game in terms of professionalism and customer care.
