Impact - Reviews and experiences

So I had this issue and I reached out to support, but it's taken them so long to assist me! I've been waiting for about a month now, and they keep telling me not to contact them on social media. My account got locked, and I'm missing out on things because of it. This support is absolutely terrible!

Impact was a big letdown for us. We were hoping to boost our market presence using influencer marketing and affiliate programs, but all we got were fake orders, wasting a lot of our time and effort. Dealing with these phony orders gave us so many headaches that we lost interest in using their platform. When I inquired about pausing our subscription to get some time back, they said no, citing their policy. The staff we dealt with were nice, but our experience overall was disappointing. Hopefully, others have better luck with them.

I am so frustrated with this place! The customer service is terrible, it's like talking to a wall. I needed help with my login problems and all they did was send me back and forth through their useless messaging system. And why don't they have a phone number for support? That makes no sense! Also, their website keeps switching to Chinese for no reason, everything else is in English. It's so annoying!
