CommunicationI tried using this company's online service not long ago, and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. The whole experience was unprofessional and they weren't very good at getting back to me, which made dealing with them pretty frustrating. Their customer service was seriously lacking, taking forever to respond and not really solving my issues. I'd suggest thinking twice before using their services, just a heads up.
