    Inconsistent communication

    Hey, what's with the inconsistent communication? When I signed up last year, I was getting bombarded with offers all the time. Then, suddenly, the messages stopped for months. And now, out of the blue, my inbox is overflowing again. But here's the thing - I don't need any of it now because of health problems. It feels like you only remember me when it's convenient for you. Come on, eDreams, get it together.

    I recently booked a flight through that company and man, oh man, was I super disappointed with the whole thing. So get this, after I booked my flight, I got an email saying I won a voucher. Sounds great, right? Wrong. When I clicked on the link, boom, suddenly I'm signed up for their Prime membership without even giving my consent. And get this, there's no way to cancel it online! No support email, a useless chatbot, and the only option is to call customer service. But get this, calling isn't even toll-free in my country, and most of the time, no one even picks up the phone. It feels like a total scam to me, like they're taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, especially the seniors who might not even realize what's going on until it's too late. Never have I seen such dodgy behavior from any other service provider before.

But hey, just a heads up for anyone using it - watch out for any sneaky subscriptions or free trials you might accidentally sign up for. It's easy to forget about them and suddenly get hit with unexpected charges. In my case, I couldn't get my money back, but they did give me a voucher for my next trip, which was cool. Overall, I'd say give the website a shot for saving some cash on your travels, but keep an eye out for any extra fees or subscriptions.

    Cancelled subscription

    I wanted to cancel my subscription and the guy on the phone, Eratek, was super nice and really helpful. He cancelled my subscription in a jiffy. But then, I accidentally booked a flight with Rex instead of Virgin and I was really upset! I'm not great with using the internet like the younger generation, so I got fooled into booking the wrong flight. Not cool, dude.

    Prime subscription

    I really wouldn't recommend signing up for Prime subscription. Cancelling it is such a hassle and so frustrating. You have to call this call center that seems to be located in Egypt, and they don't make it easy for you to cancel at all. It's ridiculous that they make it so tough to cancel a subscription that was supposed to make your life easier.

    Quick and efficient booking process

    I just booked a trip using this service and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with how fast and easy it was to book. The person I talked to was super helpful, really knew their stuff, and was also really nice. They answered all my questions right away and made sure I had all the info I needed.     Excellent customer service experience with Assi

    I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Assi from customer service, and I have to say, she really went out of her way to help me with a problem I was having. She was so professional and willing to assist me, it was impressive. At first, I was pretty upset and disappointed, but Assi was able to calm me down and address my concerns quickly. I really value her commitment to making sure customers are happy and I wish there were more people like her in the industry. Assi's amazing service has made me a loyal customer, and I will definitely keep supporting the company.

    Got scammed into a subscription when buying tickets

    So, yeah, I bought tickets online and then boom, they signed me up for some subscription without even telling me. Not cool, man. The website was pretty confusing too, I had to click through a million pages just to get to the checkout.

    Another useless response (pasted below), saying they won't give you a refund for the flight you canceled within the 24-hour timeframe. JUST FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES AND GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND.

    Flight booking experience

    The customer service I got from the call center representative was top-notch. Rab went above and beyond to help me out with booking and provided great service. But I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the company charging my account without giving me a heads-up. It just felt kinda shady and made me question their trustworthiness. They should definitely work on being more open about their billing practices to prevent any more incidents like this in the future.

    Unauthorized membership charge

    I just saw a charge of $99.99 on my bank statement for a membership I never signed up for. I reached out to customer service and the rep I talked to was able to sort it out right away.
