They proved you with good price but with ABSOLUTELY ZERO SERVICE.
That is what you pay for. For whatever you decide to book with them. You need to cross the finger. When someone went wrong on the agent side, flight/hotel/car rental. You are trapped. You wasted your time and provide a lot of personal information to beg for a refund. In the end, they were not able to refund you even the another party made mistake or so. Please think 4 times before you book with them.
I have been in contact with them since the beginning of July regarding ticket refund. They keep sending the same auto reply email “thank you, will be in touch soon etc” but nothing else yet. I also did chat and telephone complaints. I have a case number but no action. Unacceptable!!!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I booked a simple roundtrip flight to/from Montreal and the only confirmation I got was a confusing email which had the WRONG return flight info and no valid confirmation # with the airline. I have downloaded the app and have tried calling ... I cannot CHANGE, CANCEL the booking (I just get forwarded in circles in the app). I cannot speak to anyone on the phone provide by the chatbot. This is a useless, no value-add service and I will be complaining to the better business bureau and VISA. The other review I left they asked me to "check my email" for a follow up to my review... There is NO follow up or email. This service is horrendous.
In June 2021 I bought tickets via eDreams "Flexible Fare Guarantee" which let me transfer my flights without charge. Due to COVID closing borders I rang them to get my flights moved, and they told me I had to pay the airline transfer charges and they would reimburse me within 10 days.
As I write this in May 2022 I have never received the refund for the cost of the ticket transfer, despite numerous calls, messaging, emails etc.. Its always "you should get your refund within 10 days/2 weeks/a month" and always "please just wait a little longer"
I don't believe they have ever intended to refund me, its been an elaborate run around in the hope I would just forget the money I am owed. Also when I transferred the tickets they wanted my banking details, including password!
Do not use or trust eDreams
First time I used eDreams. By far the worst experience in my life and the most expensive fight ever, thanks to eDreams.
eDreams omitted to inform me about cancellation of the flight to get back home with my wife and two small kids and about the alternative options air company offered. They even shared misinformation on their web site and the app that the flight is on time and few hours before the flight, to the very time of the flight, that we should check in! Ironically, in material they send you when you purchase tickets, they insist on tracking the flight details through site and the app…
In situation like this, left at the airport in foreign country miles from home with whole family, their operators/advisers are nothing but waste of valuable time as they just keep repeating that they are sorry and how they understand difficulty of the situation. They are not focused on problem solving and seems have no power to make any decision. The alternative they offered is at least insane as it was to pay 2,500 EUR from my pocket for their omission or to stay in Palma de Mallorca, where I was, at my cost (!) next few days till they see what they can do.
I had to purchase new tickets for almost 900 EUR in order to bring my family back home!
After contacting eDreams for the refund for tickets I had to buy, the only information I received was that they will contact the air line and ask for the refund. Not for one moment they haven't realized or admited their own responsibility as they missed to communicate changes and shared misinformation.
Luckily, while I wasted more than 90 minutes on the phone with the eDreams advisor, my wife spoke with our lawyer who advised to make screenshots of all pages where eDreams shared misinformation in case we need to take legal actions to be refunded. I hope this advice may help eDreams clients in case they find in similar situation.
I bought two tickets. Because of covid, the country i wanted to visit closed down. Got two open tickets. Took several tries to contact customer service. It is exactly the same circus everytime- they put you on hold, talk to you, transfer to another administrator, put you on hold for 40 minutes than the line cuts off. Finally, after several attemps, they asked me 900$ as administration fees to use my open tickets. DON'T BE LURED BY LOW PRICES
SCAM company, BE AWARE, MY MONEY, IS GONE
I'm waiting for my complete refund after I canceled in less than 24 hrs,,,, for 45 days.
I contacted Italian airline they told.me.the reservation was canceled and they never got the money from you as I never received a ticket number from edreams,
So basically edreams stole my 1460$
A formal complaint will be filed if I did not hear back from edreams
If you are a responsible traveler please look elsewhere

Please avoid buying your tickets from eDreams. Do not get into the scam by trying to save few $. Their customer care DO NOT work on weekends and on Weekdays UK time 9 to 5. If you have any issues with airlines, airlines CANNOT do anything and since eDreams customer is not available most of the time, you end up loosing your money or get stranded somewhere. And your Refund will NEVER be proceed, I am awaiting over a year and they stop responding to my mails.
Honestly, just spend little extra money and buy tickets from airlines directly, you will have far better customer service guaranteed.
Edreams is the best. They give you exactly what they promise...an electronic trip.. in your dreams!
I paid $1600 .. never got a refund.. but got to see Singapore, San Fransisco before landing in Toronto in my dreams.. only to wake up and realise that I'm still in Bangalore, India.. Customer service is non existent and I will never buy another ticket again.
That was an expensive dream for $1600.. i could have checked in to The Waldorf Astoria with free breakfast in bed for a family of four and still have money left to burn

I booked a trip to Cabo using this company. Got a confirmation of flight there, resort and return flight. Couple days later I was informed the return flight was "declined". Went on there site to see what was going on, and it was no help. Spent an hour on the phone with an agent, who assured me the return flight was "re-booked", and paid another fee. The day before I was set to leave, got a notification from them indicating the airline indicated I was "double booked". Spent another hour on the phone with an agent, who assured me my return flight was confirmed. Also assured me I would get another email confirming and that I was over-reacting. Well I left to Cabo as planned, and had no issue with the outgoing flight or resort. However, the day before I left, I tried to check in online for my return flight, and got a notification that there was no reservation in my name nor under booking number I was provided. Then, couple hours later, I received notification from eDreams that my return flight booking had been declined. I was stuck having to go to the airport, visit the counters of 5 different airlines, 4 of which were overbooked (including the airline I thought I was scheduled to return on), and ultimately pay over $800 for a return flight on American Airlines. In all, I was in airports over 12 hours on my return. These guys are taking calls from India, you can't understand a work they say on the phone, their web site is tough to navigate, and the entire process was horrible. I would look elsewhere, and will definitely never use again. Those jerks had me leave to a foreign country without a return flight!
