I had to wait a fair while to reach customer service, which was annoying, but once I got through the person was calm and actually refunded the Prime fee I didn't need. They also mentioned a couple of decent offers. Not flawless — wait times are long — but resolved. If you're calling, try off‑peak.

happy I made the flight, but be careful with add-ons. I needed this trip last-minute for a move and was pretty stressed, so getting on the plane was the main thing. Check-in failed at first — spent hours on chat and calls before Ryanair finally sorted it out, so big props for getting us on board. The annoying part: during booking a €100 EDREAMS Prime fee appeared that I never knowingly agreed to. Cancelling was a pain — the link failed a few times, but I kept at it and think I finally cancelled. Emotionally drained but relieved; overall okay outcome, still sketchy though. Would fly with them again, but only with extra caution — watch those checkboxes.

messy process but not a total trainwreck — and I’m weirdly relieved. Right in the middle of planning my Thailand trip I needed extra legroom because my lower back was killing me, so I paid up for a better seat. They didn’t assign it at first, hid behind tiny terms, and I had to chase them by email. I recently booked a flight through that company and man, oh man, was I super disappointed with the whole thing. So get this, after I booked my flight, I got an email saying I won a voucher. Sounds great, right? Wrong. When I clicked on the link, boom, suddenly I'm signed up for their Prime membership without even giving my consent. And get this, there's no way to cancel it online! No support email, a useless chatbot, and the only option is to call customer service. But get this, calling isn't even toll-free in my country, and most of the time, no one even picks up the phone. It feels like a total scam to me, like they're taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, especially the seniors who might not even realize what's going on until it's too late. Never have I seen such dodgy behavior from any other service provider before.

I wanted to cancel my subscription and the guy on the phone, Eratek, was super nice and really helpful. He cancelled my subscription in a jiffy. But then, I accidentally booked a flight with Rex instead of Virgin and I was really upset! I'm not great with using the internet like the younger generation, so I got fooled into booking the wrong flight. Not cool, dude.

I really wouldn't recommend signing up for Prime subscription. Cancelling it is such a hassle and so frustrating. You have to call this call center that seems to be located in Egypt, and they don't make it easy for you to cancel at all. It's ridiculous that they make it so tough to cancel a subscription that was supposed to make your life easier.
