This place is a total joke, eh? I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and they never showed up. I tried to track the shipment for weeks but it was like my order vanished into thin air, you know? When I asked for a replacement, it was the same story - no sunglasses in sight. And don't get me started on the so-called refund they supposedly processed. They only refunded the shipping cost, not the full amount, like what's up with that? Talk about shady practices, eh? Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, for real.

Another useless response (pasted below), saying they won't give you a refund for the flight you canceled within the 24-hour timeframe. JUST FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES AND GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND.

I recently bought the Sunshine Town Kit and had some questions about how big it is and how many pieces come with it. The details weren't clear in the description, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message and was happy when they called me back the same day with all the information I wanted. I was so happy to hear that the kit is super detailed and you don't need any glue to put it together. I can't wait to give it to my friend and see how it turns out. Now I just have to find a good spot where my nosy cats and dogs won't accidentally knock it down.

Just like a lot of people, I wasn't sure about the quality of the products after I read some reviews online. I was concerned that I might be getting ripped off and that the parts might not be that great. The company says they're based in Seattle, but you know how it is with things you see on the internet I decided to take a chance and order the parts anyways. I'll just have to wait and see if they're worth it when my shipment arrives. I'll let you know how it goes once I've had a chance to try them out.

Totally loving the BFF De-stress serum foundation, it seriously lasts all day. Had a little hiccup with a missing item, but got it sorted out super fast. Can't wait to try out my new bedtime routine with the cleanser - hoping it'll plump up my skin and give me that overnight sensation. Also grabbed some new makeup in the last couple of weeks. Dreaming of being as fabulous as Trinny when I grow up!

I gotta tell ya, my experience with Entertainment Earth started off pretty rough. My order got sent back by mistake and I was getting nowhere with emails. So I finally gave customer service a call. Thank goodness for Donald Tapia - he was awesome. Super friendly, really professional, and he even waived the reship fee for me. Donald made sure everything was sorted out with my order and kept me in the loop on another one I was waiting on. Thanks to him, what started as a bummer turned into a positive experience. Big shoutout to Donald!

I bought a fancy Razer Kitsune not long ago, and after only 5 months, the caps started losing their color. I sent a bunch of emails to customer service, but they told me they didn't have spare parts for my device. That's pretty disappointing considering how much I paid for it - 300€! It's making me think twice about getting Razer stuff again.
