Sunglasses
This place is a total joke, eh? I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and they never showed up. I tried to track the shipment for weeks but it was like my order vanished into thin air, you know? When I asked for a replacement, it was the same story - no sunglasses in sight. And don't get me started on the so-called refund they supposedly processed. They only refunded the shipping cost, not the full amount, like what's up with that? Talk about shady practices, eh? Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, for real.
Got glasses
The glasses I got weren't really my jam, but it's not their fault, just not my cup of tea. Customer service was top-notch though! Ordering was a piece of cake, chatting with someone was a breeze, and sending the glasses back was easy peasy. All in all, a pretty good experience, eh!

Sunglasses for Christmas gift
I bought a pair of sunglasses from this store to give to my wife for Christmas. Oops, I ended up getting the wrong pair. I tried contacting their customer service to see if I could exchange them, but all I got back were unhelpful and robotic replies. I even explained that I ordered the sunglasses five weeks before Christmas just to make sure they would get here on time, but they still told me they couldn't do anything because it was three days past their 30-day return policy. I was really annoyed and let down by their lack of flexibility and understanding. I guess I won't be shopping at that store again.

I recently bought sunglasses from this company and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with how it all went down. Like, the sunglasses just didn't sit right on my face at all, and when I tried to send them back, I couldn't believe it when they told me one pair was non-refundable. I just bought some glasses and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The quality is amazing and the price is fair. My order arrived pretty quickly, just one pair was broken. But even with that little hiccup, I'm happy with my purchase. Prive Revaux is now my favorite spot for both reading glasses and sunglasses.
Sunglasses and blue light glasses purchase
I just bought 4 pairs of sunglasses and blue light glasses from this store. Ordering was pretty easy and everything went smoothly. It only took a bit less than a month for my stuff to arrive here in Europe, which wasn't too bad. The customer service folks were quick to answer my questions and gave me some useful help. The package my order came in was solid and well-packed. And from what I can tell, the sunglasses and blue light glasses seem to be pretty good quality for now.
Sunglasses I bought nose pads broked
I bought these awesome sunglasses, but then the nose pads just broke off! I tried calling them, but they were no help at all. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone – their customer service is just awful. I bet they have people with barking dogs working there, who can't actually help you with anything. So frustrating!!!
Blue light glasses
I recently ordered a pair of blue light glasses from this company, thinking they were going to be really good based on what I’d heard. But man, was I let down. I waited forever for the glasses to arrive, only to find out they were supposedly delivered to my place. When I contacted customer service to let them know I didn’t get them, all they did was look at the tracking info and say they were delivered. They didn’t care at all that it was a mistake. They showed zero sympathy and didn’t even try to help me out. It’s pretty disappointing to see a company act like that. It makes me doubt if they’re really as great as everyone says they are. So if you’re thinking about buying from them, just be ready for a headache if something goes wrong with their customer service.
Sunglasses, unimpressed
I'm really disappointed with the sunglasses I bought. It took three weeks for the package to arrive, which already felt like forever, and then the quality of the product was even worse than expected. I can't imagine the brand ambassador endorsing such low-quality stuff. Honestly, I'm not happy with this purchase at all.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from this company not too long ago. But when they showed up at my door, I noticed that they weren't in great shape. Some were all bent out of shape and one even had scratches on the lenses. So I called up customer service to try and sort out a return and exchange, but they made it way harder than it needed to be. Even after sending them pics of the damage, they still made me do a bunch of extra stuff and pay for the return shipping myself. It was pretty annoying and could have been dealt with a lot more smoothly.

Oh man, I ordered these sunglasses online ages ago and they still haven't shown up! The tracking number they gave me is useless. I've tried getting a hold of them so many times but all I get is "we're looking into it." The only way I can reach out is through email and phone calls just go straight to voicemail. I left a message weeks ago and crickets. The customer service is a joke. Do you think Jamie Foxx knows about this company's shady business?
Prescription frames purchase
I just got my fifth pair of prescription frames from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality and price. I've never been let down with any of my purchases and I'll definitely keep coming back for more. These frames are not only trendy and long-lasting, but they're also way more affordable than other brands out there. I totally recommend this company to anyone who wants top-notch prescription frames without breaking the bank.
Privé Revaux glasses
My experience with my Privé Revaux glasses was like a wild ride full of ups and downs. I got them back in February 2022, but come June, the frame just split in half on me, causing the lens to pop out. Dealing with America's Best to get them exchanged was a total nightmare, with all sorts of delays and a lack of communication. Then in November 2022, the replacement glasses had the exact same issue, so I reached out directly to Privé Revaux. Their response was pretty disappointing, saying they had no connection to third-party vendors and telling me to go back to America's Best, who couldn't do anything to help. Fed up with all the finger-pointing, I decided to try ZEELOOL, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I snagged two pairs of top-notch glasses for less than the price of one at America's Best, and their customer service was top-notch with super speedy delivery. I couldn't be happier with the durability and style of my ZEELOOL glasses!
Affordable, trendy eyeglasses
Let me tell you, the quality of the glasses I got from this place is top-notch, way better than those generic ones at the drugstore. The styles are on point, and the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other brands. I've snagged a few pairs during their BOGO sales and have been happy with what I got. But, here's the catch - their customer service is a total flop. I ran into a problem with my order and trying to reach out to them was a huge headache. No phone support, and their "live chat" just told me to shoot them an email. It took me a bunch of emails just to get them to switch out a wrong color they sent me. The lack of communication and efficiency when dealing with customer issues is just awful. It's really surprising to see a brand linked to someone like Jamie Foxx operate in such a way. Feels more like a cheesy Chinese glasses scheme than a trustworthy company.
Poor shipping experience
I just bought something online and the shipping was a nightmare. For the first few days after I ordered, I couldn't track my package at all. When it finally showed up on the tracking, it was going everywhere - Orlando, Clearwater, Seminole, and even all the way to Jacksonville when I'm in Clearwater. It was a total mess and so annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from there.
Blue light reading glasses
I just bought these blue light reading glasses and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty bummed about 'em. The frames are weak and look super cheap, they broke after just a few months! And let's not even get started on the lenses, I have to practically be on top of my laptop screen to see anything clearly! It's obvious that there's something off with these lenses, but the company won't do anything about it. Good thing I didn't drop a ton of cash on these since I got them on sale.
Next day shipping
I recently made an order thinking I could get it the next day since I paid for expedited shipping. But even though I ordered on a Thursday, I didn't actually get my package until Monday. It was pretty disappointing because it was supposed to be next day shipping. I wish they had been more upfront about the shipping and any possible delays.
