    The customer service we got during the trial of this product was amazing, eh. We were testing out the free trial to see if it would work for our business, and the support we got through the chat feature was top of the line. Every question or problem we had was dealt with quickly and expertly by the support team. The speed and patience they showed in handling our technical issues were truly impressive. Because of this great experience during the trial, we've decided to go ahead and buy the full version of the product for our business.     1-day Disney tix for kids

    OMG, we were up so late when my folks got us those tickets for Disneyland! They couldn't find any 1-day passes anywhere else, and they were worried they wouldn't nab the date they wanted. But thankfully, Undercover Tourist saved the day! They snagged the tickets super easily, paid with PayPal, and got them right away. They even chatted with a lovely person named Louise before booking. With the reference number on the tickets, they had no trouble making that park reservation on the Disney site. We're all jazzed to hit up Disneyland now!

    I just bought some glasses and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The quality is amazing and the price is fair. My order arrived pretty quickly, just one pair was broken. But even with that little hiccup, I'm happy with my purchase. Prive Revaux is now my favorite spot for both reading glasses and sunglasses.

    Delayed Promo Code for Paramount+ Subscription

    I'm really disappointed with the service I got from Samsung, eh. They said I'd get a promo code for Paramount+ when I bought a Club TV offer in December, but it's been 15 weeks now and still no code. I contacted them in March, and all they gave me was a generic excuse about delays due to high demand. This lack of communication and not keeping their promise is just not cool, eh.

    White studded jacket

    I bought this white studded jacket from an online store in January. It's already February 22 and my order still hasn't shown up. I've tried contacting customer service several times to ask about my shipment, but no one seems to know what's going on. I'm getting frustrated with the lack of communication and the delays, so I asked for a refund. As if things weren't bad enough, they told me I'd only get part of my money back. Needless to say, I'm really let down by this whole situation and definitely wouldn't suggest shopping with this company.

    Ninja Non Stick 10 piece pots and pans

    I received a set of pots and pans for Christmas in 2020. Within 6 months of using all the coating on the inside started peeling and chipping. I called for a replacement and they wanted me to pay for all the shipping for the product that was still under warranty. It would have cost me more to ship the pots back to the company than the pots and pans are worth.

    DO NOT BUY! Garbage product! Garbage customer service! Garbage price for a product that fails after 6 months!
