Ninja 3-in-1 Blender
Eh, so I just bought the Ninja 3-in-1 Blender, eh, and let me tell you, it's been a game changer for making meals, eh. This blender is so versatile, eh, I've been whipping up smoothies, soups, and sauces like nobody's business. The motor is so powerful, blending is a piece of cake, and I love that I can adjust the speed to get my creations just right. Plus, the sleek design is a nice touch on my countertop, eh. I can't say enough good things about this blender, it's top-notch quality and performance, that's for sure.
Speedi pressure cooker and air fryer
We were really pumped to give the speedi pressure cooker and air fryer a try, eh? We've been on the lookout for a cooking gadget that can do it all in our tiny kitchen. But, gotta say, when we unboxed it, we were a bit surprised by how big it was. It ended up being a bit of a tight fit on our counter. The pressure cooker function was a neat feature, but we were hoping for some more tips on adjusting cooking times for smaller servings. Even with these small hiccups, the speedi has been a lifesaver for whipping up fast and tasty meals.
Air fryer purchase
I just bought an air fryer from the store, eh, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was top-notch to keep it safe on its way to me. I've been using the air fryer, and it works like a charm. Plus, it's easy to clean, which is a huge bonus in my books. But I did notice that figuring out the right cooking times can be a bit tricky, even when I follow the manual. One downside is that there aren't any instructions for cooking frozen pies, which was a bit of a letdown, eh.

Replacement item for missing main item
I had a problem because the main item was missing from my order. I got in touch with the company, and they quickly sent me a replacement item that came within a few days. But here's the kicker - the same driver brought a second order, and conveniently "forgot" to deliver the main item until I said something. I don't think that was just a coincidence on the driver's end.
Air Fryer purchase
My buds were all like, "You gotta check out this Air Fryer from that online shop." They had a killer discount so I snagged the AF400UK. They raved about how amazing it is, so now I'm pumped to give it a whirl. The folks at the company were really friendly and the delivery was speedy. I'm hyped to whip up some wicked snacks with this Air Fryer!
Ninja Foodi Max Grill and Air Fryer purchase
Last year, I bought the Ninja Foodi Max Grill and Air Fryer, and it has totally changed how I cook. The grill and air frying functions work great and the food always comes out amazing. Plus, the probe feature guarantees that everything is cooked just right. I did have a problem with a faulty probe, but the store's customer service was awesome and they quickly sent me a new one. All in all, I'm super happy with how well this product works.
Cooking pans and appliances
I just bought some stuff from this kitchen store and I gotta say, the quality of the cooking pans and appliances is top-notch. They work way better than stuff I've bought from other places in the past. I'm super happy with my purchase and I'm already thinking about getting rid of all my old kitchen stuff and replacing it with things from this store. Wish I found this place earlier, eh!
Blender purchase
I was really happy with how fast my blender arrived, especially since it was a long weekend. Putting it together was a breeze and using it is a cinch. It has a bunch of different settings that work perfectly for what I need. I've used a bunch of cheap blenders before, but now I can totally see why it's worth it to spend a bit more on something good.
Replacement crisper plates
I recently bought some new crisper plates from this company. I was a little surprised by the high price, but I knew what I was getting into before I made the purchase. They shipped my order within 90 minutes, which I thought was really great service. Even though the prices were steep, I was pretty happy with my purchase and the service they offered.
Air Fryer and Cake Tins
This place has amazing deals and their air fryer is seriously the best. I love it so much! The air fryer is really simple to use, especially with the cake tins that fit perfectly. Now I can bake like a pro too. It's great for making crispy fries, juicy chicken, or anything that needs a crunchy outside. I totally suggest giving it a try!
My Ninja Oven purchase
I got the most amazing Ninja Oven 10-1 and let me tell ya, it's the bomb! I haven't used it much yet but man, it's so easy to use and saves energy. And now my house is like a Ninja showroom with all their cool stuff!
Sunday roast purchase
It's so easy to clean, eh! It saves me a bunch of time when I'm cooking and doing the dishes.
Food processor purchase
Ninja was amazing, but the delivery service was a total disaster! I asked them to leave my item in a specific spot if I wasn't home, but they just left it out in the rain. I'm really annoyed at this company's delivery service. I wish I could leave a separate review just for them.
Awesome order process & communication!
I really liked how simple it was to order online and they kept me in the loop at every stage. But oh my gosh, the delivery was pretty disappointing. The delivery guy just left my package out where anyone could grab it! Definitely not cool.
Pot lid replacement, accidentally bought Ninja 8 in 1 pot
Oops, I accidentally broke my pot lid, but thankfully Ninja replaced it for me. Then, I accidentally ended up buying the Ninja 8 in 1 pot. I ordered it on Easter Sunday and got it in just a couple of days on Tuesday. That was super fast! I have to say, it's amazing cookware, just like my new pot.
Ninja KT200C Precision Temperature Electric Kettle in Silver
In 6 month's time the kettle was broken. The thermostat or something broke so the temperature reading was never correct or it gave a DRY error while there was enough water in. Bed, Bath & Beyond was quick to shove this back to the manufacturer and not assisting in a return while this is fully in the warranty time period. Now dealing with the manufacturer, Ninja - almost an hour on the phone with them, they say they will send a replacement kettle but this will have to come from the US (we're in Canada), it will take 2 - 3 weeks and we need to cover the shipping cost of more than $20. Ridiculous service that it takes so long and that we have to pay for a manufacturing fault.
Ninja Foodi 8qt Pressure Cooker
I like the Ninja products, however after two years of using my Ninja Foodi 8qt pressure cooker, the power is not turning on. I called customer service this morning and was told that I would need to purchase a new base from them because it was no longer under warrantee and they wouldn't be able to help me resolve the problem with the machine powering on. When he told me the price, I said no it was too expensive so he quoted a price for 60% off or $74.97 plus tax (included shipping). He provided me an order number and I told him I would think about it and call back. I called back 4 hours later and they said they would not honor the price, she told me the new cost would be $167, 30% of the original price. She said that the person I spoke with this morning did not know what he was talking about. I told her that I felt like they were ... me. I told her that I was given an item number for them to reference and they would not take that number and look up. However much I love the Ninja products, I won't be purchasing them any longer because of their customer service. I purchased a Ninja Foodi last week for my sister from a department store and will return tomorrow as their customer service department has really disappointed me.
Ninja Non Stick 10 piece pots and pans
I received a set of pots and pans for Christmas in 2020. Within 6 months of using all the coating on the inside started peeling and chipping. I called for a replacement and they wanted me to pay for all the shipping for the product that was still under warranty. It would have cost me more to ship the pots back to the company than the pots and pans are worth.
DO NOT BUY! Garbage product! Garbage customer service! Garbage price for a product that fails after 6 months!
