The initial cost wasn't what I expected, it was tough to log into the app, the online setup was inconsistent, and calls didn't come through the app but went directly to my phone. I gave it a 2-star rating because it was easy to cancel and they didn't pressure me to stay as a customer. In the end, it seemed like a good choice but it didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

Chat service availability
I gotta say, the chat service here is amazing. Whenever I need help, there's always someone available who actually knows what they're doing. But here's the thing - the app is super slow. It takes forever to load anything. And it's frustrating not being able to send emojis or photos. Come on, it's 2021! Most of my client communication is through texts, so not having those options really bugs me. On the plus side, when I make calls from my Android phone, everything usually goes smoothly. So, it's a mix of good and bad, but more on the positive side overall.

The customer service was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, eh. But the system didn't have all the features we needed for our business client, you know? I thought that MightyCall software was really useful for handling calls smoothly and efficiently. The features it had were really easy to use and made it simple for me to manage all my calls. My company has been using the phone system for almost six months now and we've been really happy with the service. The customer service has been outstanding and we only have one little request - to be able to limit a team's access to certain phone numbers. Once they add this feature, I'll definitely be giving them a 5-star rating.
Porting number
I had a real headache trying to switch my number recently. The folks on the support team made a goof and ended up deleting my account by mistake, which really slowed things down. Even though they said sorry later on, it didn't really make up for the hassle their mess-up caused me.

VoIP service limitations with no TCP support
I just bought a VoIP service that said it had lots of features, but I was let down when I found out it had some technical issues. The system didn't work with TCP, so I couldn't use my Zoiper softphone like I wanted to. When I asked the tech support team for help, they just pointed fingers at my ISP and didn't help at all. I was left feeling frustrated because I didn't get a refund for the lousy service. It's one thing to have limitations, but it's another thing to not tell customers about them ahead of time.
Unlimited users and calls
The price is pretty fair for unlimited users and calls, but the call quality is kind of choppy, especially on an Android phone. Even with good internet speed, the other person on the line often has trouble hearing and complains about the choppiness. We reached out to support, but the problem wasn't completely fixed.

Eh, so I bought something off this platform not long ago and let me tell ya, it's pretty darn amazing! The customer service is top-notch and the features they offer are just fantastic. iPhone business communication tool
MightyCall is such a great app for making calls and sending texts from my iPhone. I work from home, so it's really important for me to keep in touch and not miss any important calls. There are a bunch of cool features on MightyCall that I haven't even tried yet, but it's nice to know they're there for when I need them. Plus, the app is super easy to use and has made it way easier for me to stay on top of all my communication stuff.
