I just ordered some clothes from Shopbop and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things turned out. The ordering part was smooth, but the service after that was not great. I didn't get any updates on my order and when I tried to ask for info, my emails were totally ignored. And to top it off, turns out my stuff is coming all the way from China, which they didn't mention at all when I placed my order. That lack of honesty is pretty worrying and now I'm not sure I can trust them. I'm gonna try to get my money back in a different way.

I was redirected to this sketchy travel agency called mytrip.com, and let me tell you, their business practices are just terrible. They made me pay a ridiculous amount to rebook my flight just minutes after I made a mistake. Normally, when I've had to rebook flights with other companies, they didn't charge me extra as long as it was within a certain time frame.
