    Lost package issue

    I recently ordered from Shopbop and was let down when my package didn't show up. After looking into it, they found out that the package got lost along the way. Shopbop took the right steps by starting a claim with the shipping company to sort things out. Even though the carrier gave them a refund, Shopbop wouldn't give me one for the missing package. I was bummed out by their customer service and how they handled the situation. Companies should own up to lost packages and make things right for their customers.

    I swear, there's nothing worse than shelling out a ton of money for a designer bag, thinking it's the real deal, only to discover it's a fake. This exact thing happened to me when I bought a designer bag from Shopbop 7 years ago. I recently got in touch with the brand and they confirmed that the bag I bought was a knock-off. I was so surprised and let down, to be honest. I tried to get some help from Shopbop's customer service team, but their solution was not at all satisfying. Being a loyal customer, I expected better and now I'm looking for some fair compensation for this huge disappointment. Getting a refund for what I paid seems like the least they should do.

    I recently placed a big order on Shopbop and unfortunately, when my package arrived, more than half of the items were missing. I tried to file a claim with them, but they denied my request and said I could only get a refund if I sent back the missing items. The customer service has been terrible, as they won't talk to me on the phone and only communicate by email. I don't think I should have to pay for things I never got, but it seems like there's no way to get this sorted out. This whole situation has really disappointed and frustrated me, and I won't be shopping on Shopbop again. I'll also be telling my friends and family about my bad experience.

    I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got at this store. I bought some stuff but didn't get a refund like they promised. The manager told me it would be sorted out in a certain amount of time, but it never happened. Now I've had to complain to the FTC and get legal advice. I'd suggest people think twice before shopping here because they don't really stick to their refund and return policies.

    I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I was trying to get a birthday gift for a friend but ran into a bunch of problems. First, I didn't get any shipping confirmation, then I found out my account got deactivated without me knowing. Then, they cancelled my order because of some unclear "preliminary inspection criteria." I tried a bunch of times to fix it, even made a new account and used a different credit card, but I kept getting unhelpful responses and no communication. Shopbop really dropped the ball with how they dealt with everything, it was super disappointing and frustrating.

    I just ordered some clothes from Shopbop and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things turned out. The ordering part was smooth, but the service after that was not great. I didn't get any updates on my order and when I tried to ask for info, my emails were totally ignored. And to top it off, turns out my stuff is coming all the way from China, which they didn't mention at all when I placed my order. That lack of honesty is pretty worrying and now I'm not sure I can trust them. I'm gonna try to get my money back in a different way.

    I had a bad experience with this online store, eh. I ordered a Mother's Day bag and then got a message about strange stuff going on with my account. So, I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they were no help at all and even hung up on me, can you believe it? And to top it off, I never got any notice that my order was canceled. I think they couldn't handle my order and deliver it on time. I'm really let down by this and won't be shopping here anymore, eh.

Even when they goofed up and sent me the wrong thing, their customer service team fixed it real quick and I could return it hassle-free. Shipping to Canada is fast too, usually just 1-3 days. I'm super happy with my Shopbop shopping, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

    I bought this jacket from the website and had it shipped to Mexico, and I'm really happy with the whole thing. I placed my order on Dec 26th and got it on Jan 4th without any hiccups. The shipping was quick and my package arrived perfectly. The jacket was just like how it was described online, and I'm super happy with how good it is.     First order, incorrect inactivation

    I just bought something from this website for the first time, but then found out that my account got deactivated by mistake. I had no clue about it until I tried to log in to see how my order was going. When I reached out to customer service, they told me my order had been canceled, even though I never got an email about it. It's been nearly two weeks now and I still haven't gotten my money back for the canceled order. The customer service was really disappointing, and I won't be shopping here again.

I reached out to your team on Wednesday morning, asking for faster shipping 'cause I needed them by a certain date. Your response? A boring, copy-pasted email saying I'd get notified once it's shipped. I tried reaching out again the next day, but got the same automated message. I asked to talk to a real person and haven't heard back yet - and now my emails won't even go through! Your lack of care and professionalism is just sad. It took me leaving a harsh review for you to finally push my order through, and guess what? It arrived on Monday, just in time for me to question whether I should shop with you again.

    I recently bought something from Shopbop as a customer from Europe, and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. They've got a good selection of brands and stuff, but the extra charges caught me off guard. Even though I found a piece of clothing on sale, I ended up paying way more than I expected because of those extra fees. It was super frustrating and left me feeling pretty disappointed. I really think Shopbop should be more upfront about those extra charges to avoid surprising customers like me.     Eh, so this was my first time ordering from this company, and I gotta say, I was not too impressed to start. I ordered a pair of jeans, and nearly a whole week went by with no sight of 'em. When I checked the tracking, it said my package got delayed 'cause of some emergency or bad weather over in Istanbul, Turkey. I gotta admit, at that point I was starting to doubt if I'd ever even get my hands on those jeans. And on top of that, their email subscription was really gettin' on my nerves - no matter how many times I tried to unsubscribe, those darn emails just wouldn't quit. Overall, it was not a great experience, that's for sure.
