I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got at this store. I bought some stuff but didn't get a refund like they promised. The manager told me it would be sorted out in a certain amount of time, but it never happened. Now I've had to complain to the FTC and get legal advice. I'd suggest people think twice before shopping here because they don't really stick to their refund and return policies.

I bought this fort-building kit from Make A Fort and it was exactly what I wanted. The cardboard pieces were simple to put together and my kids had so much fun building forts and tunnels. It really got them using their creativity and critical thinking skills instead of just staring at screens. Plus, I liked that it was eco-friendly since it was made from recycled materials. It was a fantastic buy that kept them entertained for hours.
