Wedding favors purchase
I recently bought wedding favours from this company and I had a terrible experience. Two out of the 18 items I ordered arrived broken. When I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, they said no and told me I should have ordered extra just in case. I even offered to send back everything for a full refund, but they said no. I've called multiple times and every time they promised a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened. Their customer service is terrible, so I recommend avoiding this company.

Too short return window
I love buying stuff from here, but why is the return policy so short, seriously? Got a pair of shoes for Christmas that didn't fit, tried to return them right away, but missed the deadline according to their rules. Come on, give me a break! Ended up with a credit note instead of a refund, super annoying. They really need to fix this ASAP!

Video Studio products
I gotta say, I really thought this brand was legit, but man was I mistaken! I decided to purchase some Video Studio stuff, but it turned out to be a total scam. They didn't even give me receipts or serial keys, and don't even get me started on their customer service – completely useless! I even had to go through the hassle of filing a fraud complaint with PayPal. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this brand, they're even worse than your typical sketchy used car salesman.

Recent underwhelming purchase
Eh bud, ya know, I've been comin' to this store for years now and I gotta say, I've been seein' a real drop in the quality of their stuff, the customer service, and just overall bang for your buck. It's kinda sad to see a brand that I used to trust not comin' through like they used to. I still got some classic tall-sized women's work pants and maxi dresses from this store that I love, but it seems like they're movin' away from those timeless pieces. And let me tell ya, tryin' to return stuff now is a real pain, even when the items don't match what they show on the website. All in all, the drop in standards has really left me feelin' disappointed and not sure if I wanna keep buyin' from 'em in the future.

Quick delivery, easy setup, minor issue with bar tape
The bike got here pretty quick, and setting it up was a breeze. But, I did notice a little tear in the bar tape. Not a big deal though. The bike itself is top-notch quality. Plus, the price was way better than what other places are offering, so really good bang for your buck.
