So I ordered this really cute pink sweater on November 24th and was supposed to get it by December 4th. But you know what? Nothing has arrived and nobody has even bothered to let me know what's happening. I tried reaching out to customer support but they told me they'd get back to me in 24 hours - it's been forever! This has got to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Such a scam!

I usually wear a US size 6 in shoulder/chest measurements so I ordered a Small, which fit great except the sleeves were super long. I had to get the sleeves tailored to fit better. The shipping was quick and the packaging was really nice.

Oh my goodness, seriously, do not even bother ordering from that website. It's like they're up to no good or something. I placed an order there like more than 3 months ago and I still haven't received anything. They won't even give me my money back! I tried returning the item but they never processed my refund. They won't even respond to my emails, it's just not right! I shelled out $200 for absolutely nothing, no product, no refund, not even an apology. And when I left a negative review, they went and deleted it! That is so not okay. It's like they're trying to cover something up. I have all the evidence to back up what I'm saying, it's just not fair at all.
