I can't believe how unprofessional and incompetent this company is. I ordered a fancy item over two weeks ago and they said it would be here in 7 days, but it hasn't even been shipped yet. The customer service people are totally clueless and keep telling me it'll be on its way soon. When you're buying something luxurious, you expect great service and reliability - this company is a huge disappointment. I'm so frustrated with this whole situation.

I still haven't gotten my order and it's been a week since I ordered it. I even got an email asking me to rate my order before it even arrived, but there's still no tracking info. I'm pretty disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication. I think when you order online, you should be able to expect better service and quicker delivery.

I ordered something from this company months ago and I still haven't gotten it. It's been really aggravating trying to get any info from them, they never answer my messages. I'm pretty sure now that this company is shady and ripping off customers like me who just want their stuff. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company, eh.

It was shipped really quickly with DHL and I had to sign for it. It arrived in the US in just a week. The packaging of the purse was really nice, but there wasn't much padding so you could hear things moving around inside. Thankfully, everything was okay when I opened it, no scratches or anything. Being in the US, I was a bit worried about extra fees for shipping cross-border, but thankfully, there weren't any. What I really like about this online shop is finding cool new designers and brands, way better than the same old stuff you see everywhere, eh.
