Returns & RefundsOh my goodness, seriously, do not even bother ordering from that website. It's like they're up to no good or something. I placed an order there like more than 3 months ago and I still haven't received anything. They won't even give me my money back! I tried returning the item but they never processed my refund. They won't even respond to my emails, it's just not right! I shelled out $200 for absolutely nothing, no product, no refund, not even an apology. And when I left a negative review, they went and deleted it! That is so not okay. It's like they're trying to cover something up. I have all the evidence to back up what I'm saying, it's just not fair at all.

Returns & RefundsSo, I bought some stuff online and it wasn't a great experience. I got a few things that didn't meet my expectations, so I wanted to return them. But getting the return labels was a real headache and took forever. I finally sent the stuff back, but it's been over 5 weeks and still no refund. On top of that, I had to pay extra taxes that weren't mentioned when I bought the items. Honestly, the whole customer service was awful and I'm not happy at all.
