Jensen always has awesome sales, eh? That's great for me 'cause I'm always trying to save some money, you know? I recently picked up some grips, a Shimano bleed cup, and a WTB saddle from them for what I thought was a decent price. The stuff was exactly what I was looking for and the quality was top-notch. Plus, the shipping to Tacoma, WA was lightning fast, which was pretty sweet. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at this store, eh.

I just bought a pair of mountain bike gloves from this store and I gotta say, they really helped me out through the whole process. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping, which kinda sucked. Most places give free returns or exchanges for stuff that doesn't fit right, so this policy seems a bit off. I'll probably do my shopping at other stores in the future that have a better return policy for customers.
