Mountain bike gloves
I just bought a pair of mountain bike gloves from this store and I gotta say, they really helped me out through the whole process. The text option made it super easy for me to buy what I needed, and the price was on point for the great quality I got. When the gloves showed up right on time, they fit perfectly and were even better than I expected in terms of how long-lasting and comfortable they were. The UPS ground shipping didn't really give me many updates on when my package would arrive until the day it got here, but that little hiccup didn't bother me too much. Overall, I'm pretty happy with Jenson and how they handled everything.
Recent order experience
My recent experience with the website was amazing, eh! The ordering process went really smoothly with no problems at all. After I placed my order, I got a quick confirmation email that was pretty impressive. The customer support team was really professional and super responsive to all my questions. The prices on the website were pretty good, too, especially when compared to other stores. And when it came to getting my order delivered, it arrived really quickly which was a nice surprise. Grips, Shimano bleed cup, WTB saddle
Jensen always has awesome sales, eh? That's great for me 'cause I'm always trying to save some money, you know? I recently picked up some grips, a Shimano bleed cup, and a WTB saddle from them for what I thought was a decent price. The stuff was exactly what I was looking for and the quality was top-notch. Plus, the shipping to Tacoma, WA was lightning fast, which was pretty sweet. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at this store, eh.
New mountain bike
Eh, so I gotta say, that customer service rep I talked to was real top-notch. They knew their stuff inside and out, eh! They didn't miss a beat in answering all my questions and even helped me pick out the sweetest mountain bike. And let me tell ya, the shipping was lickety-split - got my order in just two days! All in all, it totally surpassed what I was expecting. I'll for sure be spreading the word to all my buddies about this company, no doubt, eh!

Hey, so I just got this new bike and I was totally lost trying to figure out what size to get. But then this dude Jeff gave me a call and walked me through it all over the phone. He knew bikes inside and out and was just so laid back. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me out. The whole experience was awesome and I definitely recommend giving them a look.
Fork upgrade for an old bike
I recently had the pleasure of working with a super helpful employee at this store when I was looking to upgrade the fork on my old bike. Cameron, the employee, really took the time to do his homework and get to know all the ins and outs of my bike before helping me choose the perfect parts for the upgrade. His knowledge and advice made everything easy and problem-free. I can't recommend this store enough for all your biking needs!

I really enjoy checking out J***n whenever I feel like working on my bikes! Their site is full of useful info that has helped me become a pretty good mechanic and rider. They have a great variety of products with lots of details on each one. Returns are easy with J***n, which is a big bonus for me. Can you believe it? USPS lost my order and couldn't even help me find it. But Jenson came through and shipped it out again with UPS. I got it the very next day! Now that's top-notch service!

Quick delivery, easy setup, minor issue with bar tape
The bike got here pretty quick, and setting it up was a breeze. But, I did notice a little tear in the bar tape. Not a big deal though. The bike itself is top-notch quality. Plus, the price was way better than what other places are offering, so really good bang for your buck.
Smooth ordering process, timely delivery, ready-to-ride bike
Ordering was super easy and the delivery came right on schedule. The bike showed up almost all set up, just needed a few tweaks before I could start riding. And let me tell you, that first ride was incredible - I'm absolutely in love with this bike!
Shorts too tight, return policy issue
I really like all the different stuff you guys have at the store and I've been a loyal customer for a while now. But the other day, I bought a pair of shorts that were supposed to be my size and when I tried them on, they were way too tight and uncomfortable. So I thought no problem, I'll just return them. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping, which kinda sucked. Most places give free returns or exchanges for stuff that doesn't fit right, so this policy seems a bit off. I'll probably do my shopping at other stores in the future that have a better return policy for customers.
