I gotta say, I'm a big fan of this company. Their customer support is top-notch, whether I need help with buying something or figuring out a tech problem - they always come through. I just got their Amplifier Simulator Plugin and wow, it's amazing. The quality and all the different things I can do with it are truly impressive. Misleading shipping, lack of customer service
I am really disappointed with my experience at this place. I bought something over a month ago and still haven't gotten it. They gave me tracking numbers, but there's no proof that my order was actually sent. The fact that they're not being clear or communicative is really frustrating and unprofessional. I feel like I've been ripped off and wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Adel concert
OMG you guys, I've been waiting forever to see Adel in concert and I finally got my chance! The venue was so cool, not too big, which made it feel super intimate. They even had valet parking, fancy right? And the servers were really nice. They had adult drinks and the lighting was super romantic! The performers also told us neat stuff about the songs and what inspired them. It was such a well-done event, and I totally think it was worth going in the middle of the week and paying for the tickets.

I bought a jersey on December 5th and then found out the next day that it was out of stock. I contacted customer service and they told me they would help, but then they let me down in a 20-second phone call. What a waste of time and false advertising. I'll just stick to websites that actually have items in stock from now on.

CPT Course purchase
I recently bought a CPT Course and I gotta say it was super easy to follow and covered a lot of ground. The price was reasonable and they gave me both printed and digital textbooks, along with a bunch of helpful videos. The quizzes and final exam were all multiple choice and didn't try to trick me, which was nice. Overall, the CPT course gave me a good foundation and I'm definitely thinking about taking more courses to build on what I've already learned. I think this course is great for anyone wanting to boost their knowledge and skills in the field. Highly recommend it!

Even though they were hit with some natural disasters, they still stuck with their original prices for great quality products. Delayed order, unresponsive customer service
What a total disaster dealing with this company! I ordered something online last week, and it's been sitting without being shipped. The tracking info says the label was made ages ago, but the actual item is stuck in the warehouse. I've sent emails to customer service a bunch of times, but no one's bothered to get back to me. Every time I called, I was stuck on hold for a crazy long 11 minutes and then sent straight to voicemail. Left messages, but no one bothered calling me back. Feels like they couldn't care less about their customers!

Portable toothbrush subscription
The toothbrush subscription is great for travel because it comes with a new head and battery every three months. The toothbrush is really easy to bring with you on the go. The tape strip idea to stick the brush case to a surface is smart, but it doesn't last long with repeated use. However, their customer service for subscribers is excellent. They've always been quick to help and solve any problems I've had with a lot of care.
