Started using it last week. Delivery was quick and customer service friendly, not perfect but works.
Solid pick

Doubted it at first, but using for morning home workouts it actually improved my routine, I'm pleased
Not bad, actually

it actually worked well — saw it on a colleague's post, told a friend; skeptical at first, tests (AED/CPR) were easy.
Called and sorted
Called and sorted
Started last month; first impression was quick. I knew I was satisfied when a phone call sorted it, though hold times are annoying.
Course feels dated
Course feels dated
Course feels dated and the teaching style didn't click for me. Hope they really update content, it's time for clearer structure soon.
Started skeptical, ended pleased
Started skeptical, ended pleased
Was hesitant to sign up at first — felt unsure about online courses fitting my busy days. Tried it between shifts and commutes. Pace is flexible, lessons clear. My doubts faded; actually useful now.
Quick shout-out to John
Quick shout-out to John
Right after I signed up a few weeks back I dug into the videos and modules and honestly felt it click — their replies to my emails and calls were quick, the lessons actually stuck. Felt pretty happy and relieved, really.

solid, no fluff, I’ll keep leaning on this as I grow.
Unexpected gain
Unexpected gain
Started this thinking it’d be a refresher, but the nutrition modules actually changed how I meal-plan — simple, usable stuff I use every day between clients and my own training. Feels good I chose that path, glad it paid off, very practical.
Delivery and support won me over
Delivery and support won me over
I wasn't sure at first, but the program's content fit my day-to-day coaching and meal prep — materials arrived quickly, though a couple modules were oddly formatted. Customer support was polite and fixed things next day, so I'm more pleased than I expected, honestly.
Surprised but pleased
Surprised but pleased
Wasn't sure before I signed up — thought it might be fluff or too pricey. Coach Craig changed that quick. Super professional, gave practical advice, and I learned way more than I expected in a short time. The program's clear and easy to use. Really happy I went for it; if you're hesitating, give it a shot.
That moment I relaxed
That moment I relaxed
I remember that split second when Tyson walked me through the account and I actually relaxed — suddenly everything made sense. As a vet who needed a solid plan after a messy transition, the course layout and clear info gave me confidence. Friendly, straightforward help and it hit the mark for what I needed, honestly.
Mid-exam meltdown

keep screenshots and start nagging support early.
Almost great, weird payment hold
Almost great, weird payment hold
they held my certificate until another payment went through, so I had to follow up. All in all I’m happy with the course but that billing hiccup was a bummer.
Solid course, needs a cheat sheet
Solid course, needs a cheat sheet
a one-page list of key tips, reminders and day-to-day notes you can keep handy when coaching. Not another deep dive, just the essentials. Little gripe, really, and I’m glad I did the course; it’s useful and practical, just would be a lot more usable with that final tidy bit, on the job.
