Started using it last week. Delivery was quick and customer service friendly, not perfect but works.

Started last month; first impression was quick. I knew I was satisfied when a phone call sorted it, though hold times are annoying.

I wasn't really sure about working with this company at first, but I have to say, the folks there were super helpful and really nice to talk to. They always responded quickly to any questions or worries I had, and they were great at finding solutions to any problems that came up. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and confident in their skills. I really value the support and encouragement they provided, which kept me going even when I had doubts.

Being a customer at ISSA, I gotta tell ya, the customer service team, especially Julie Zinkus and her manager, are top-notch. When I was dealing with some issues during my hospital stay, they really went out of their way to make sure everything got sorted out quickly and smoothly. Their professionalism and commitment to making customers happy are really something special. I'm so grateful to be part of the ISSA crew and I can't thank them enough for standing by me.

Julie was absolutely amazing! She was really fun to chat with and incredibly intelligent. I tend to get a bit timid when I meet new people, but she made me feel at ease right off the bat. Julie explained things so well and made sure I got it before we moved on. I'm really excited to begin this new online school program, all thanks to Julie! She definitely deserves more than 5 stars for the fantastic help she gave me!
