Complaintsthey held my certificate until another payment went through, so I had to follow up. All in all I’m happy with the course but that billing hiccup was a bummer.

ComplaintsThe video lectures and readings were really helpful, and I liked having quotes to practice with. But, the final exam was way too long and the questions didn't seem to focus on important stuff we should actually remember, they were more about random, irrelevant details.
