    Refund for damaged item

    I am really upset about the customer service I got from this company. They said I would only wait 30 seconds, but that was a lie. I sent back something broken and they said I would get a refund, but it's been 2 months and I still haven't got my money. I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

    I bought this really cool jersey frame from this awesome store, eh? But then, oh man, my office address was wrong or something. So I called them up and talked to this girl named Cristin, and she was seriously amazing! She helped me locate my package and made sure it got to me really quickly. I received it within 24 hours of talking to her! She even called me back and sent me an email to keep me in the loop. Cristin was honestly the best ever, eh!

    So, I got these baseball cards from there, eh? I was super excited to open the package and see my new cards, but when I opened it up, I realized one of them was missing, you know? I was so bummed out, like, where did my card go? I talked to this super nice lady, and she said her name was Cristin. She promised me that she would look into it and find my missing card. And guess what? She totally did! In just a few days, I got my missing card and my collection was complete. Cristin totally saved the day, eh!

    I bought a display case as a gift, and when it arrived it was cracked.     I got this really cool jersey signed and it was awesome! But then there was a bit of a mix-up with my order and I was like "oh no, what's going on?!"     I bought a jersey on December 5th and then found out the next day that it was out of stock. I contacted customer service and they told me they would help, but then they let me down in a 20-second phone call. What a waste of time and false advertising. I'll just stick to websites that actually have items in stock from now on.

    Overpriced autographed jersey

    The autographed jersey I bought wasn't worth the price at all. The quality was not good, and I was so let down when I got it. But, the customer service here is really great. The guy, Tyler, was super fast to get back to me and gave me all the info I needed to send it back. He really went out of his way to make sure I was happy, and I appreciate that. Even though I was disappointed at first, I would think about buying from them again just because of how awesome Tyler was with the customer service.
