I bought a glass bubbler from Puff It Up and some other stuff not long ago. When I got my order, I saw that the bubbler had a small crack in it. Even though they wrapped it up carefully, things can still break during shipping. I got in touch with their customer service and they were really nice and understanding. They sent me a new bubbler right away at no extra charge, and even gave me some extra candies. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and made sure to fix the problem quickly and with no hassle.

I bought some signed sports stuff, eh, and had to send it back for fixing. The guy who helped me out, Tyler, was so nice, friendly, and pro, eh! He made sure to help me out at every step of the process, staying in touch, keeping me in the loop, and always acting super pro.
