Field Coat care instructions
I recently contacted customer service to get some tips on how to take care of my field coat. I wanted to make it more water-resistant because it wasn't as good as it used to be. But the response I got was kind of a letdown. The person on the other end just said they don't do re-waxing for the coat and suggested going to a dry cleaner for help, even though the coat can't be dry cleaned. I was pretty annoyed at the lack of help and solution they offered, especially since this brand is known for its outdoor gear.

Boring bimonthly orders
This company is seriously the worst, eh! I signed up for these boring bimonthly orders and I only got TWO packages. They kept taking my money but I didn't receive my stuff. When I asked about it, they blamed COVID for the delays and then said my order got sent back. Can you believe it?! They don't even care about us customers, they just take our money and don't even give us our stuff. Thanks to them, I had to buy more washing tablets. I hope I get my refund but who knows with these guys. Seriously, just avoid them, trust me, eh.

Investment platform experience
After putting some serious money into this online investment thing, I gotta say at first I was pretty impressed. The sign-up process was slick, and they were promising some sweet cash savings rates. But as I started using it more, I realized it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. The mobile app was meh, and the desktop version was even worse. And don't even get me started on customer service - not great. All in all, this platform has definitely not lived up to the hype, especially when it comes to how well it works and getting help when you need it.

Eh, so I gotta say, my shopping experience at this store was actually pretty darn good, eh! I bought some stuff not too long ago and man, was I pleasantly surprised with how awesome their customer service was. So, get this, when LovelyWholeSale gave me an update on my order, turns out one of my items was the wrong size, eh. But here's the kicker - they fixed the mistake before I even had a chance to tell them about it! Now that's some top-notch service right there, eh. You don't see that kind of stuff too often, so I really gotta give it to them. And on top of that, their clothes are just the bee's knees - super stylish and easy on the wallet, eh. Perfect for my wardrobe, no doubt aboot it.

My recent experience with this company was not great. I bought a shirt that was supposed to be "Made in Italy" according to the website, but when I got it, the label said "Made in Albania." This was really disappointing and made me question their quality control and attention to detail.
