Ebike order
I bought an e-bike online and paid for it completely, but it's been 8 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my bike. They did mail me the extra stuff I bought at the same time, but that's not what I wanted. Every time I get on the phone with them, they have a new excuse for why it's taking so long, and it's really starting to bug me. And on top of that, I keep getting bombarded with ads from them every single day, which just makes things even worse.
Xpremium ebike purchase
I bought an Xpremium ebike from this company not long ago but it's been a real letdown. The freewheel broke after only 77 miles of riding. I called them up and they were nice and said I could order a new part, but it's been three weeks and I still don't have a working bike. Turns out I need to replace not just the freewheel, but the whole wheel too. Every time I ask about the parts, they say it'll be sent in a day or two, but then nothing happens. It's been so frustrating and disappointing. Now I'm stuck with an expensive bike that I can't even ride. I really wish I hadn't gone with this company.
Ordered one bike then ordered another
I bought a bike and then I thought, "Why not get another one?" So I did. The customer service was amazing and for the price, the bikes are great. Can't wait to get more and add to my collection. Would definitely recommend them to my buddies.
XP 3.0 E-bike
I bought the XP 3.0 E-bike, thinking it would work well for someone like me who's 5'2" tall. Turns out, it's too big and unsafe for me to ride. I feel like I was given wrong information, and now I'm stuck with a bike I can't use or return because of money issues. I'm really let down by this whole situation.
Dual battery ebike purchase
I just bought this awesome dual battery ebike from the store and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. Having two batteries has been a real game-changer for me on those longer rides - I can go almost 100 miles on just one charge! It's like a dream how easy it is to cruise up hills with this ebike, it's made my rides way more fun and less tiring. Plus, the brakes are top-notch, giving me that extra peace of mind and control while I'm out riding.

Customer service is just terrible! I bought this bike in July and after only 3 months, it stopped working! They kept sending me the wrong parts and I had to explain everything over and over. It also took forever for them to ship my accessories. Not cool at all.

It was so nice to talk to a real person so fast and get my problem sorted out in such a pro way. I can't recommend this company enough!
Lectric Ebike XP 2.0
I just got myself the Lectric ebike XP 2.0 from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. Being 73 years old and dealing with some disabilities, I needed a way to exercise without hurting my back too much. Regular biking was too tough for me, but the Lectric ebike has changed the game. The quality and design of this bike are top-notch, with 5 levels of Pedal Assist and a top speed of 28 MPH. The battery life is great, I've only had to charge it a few times since I got it. The hills in my neighborhood are no match for this ebike, making my rides fun and challenging. The customer service was fantastic, my order came quickly and in perfect shape. The only small issue I had was that the tires were a bit vulnerable to hazards, but that was an easy fix. Overall, the Lectric ebike has been a great investment for my health and happiness.
Recent eBike Purchase
My experience with their customer service was really bad. The people I talked to didn't seem interested in actually helping me and just kept giving me scripted apologies. It's frustrating because I just got my eBike not long ago, only to see they started a promotion for free stuff just a week later. A good customer service team would've fixed that, but this company dropped the ball. On top of that, I noticed my eBike's battery doesn't last as long as my wife's bike. When I mentioned it to one of the reps, they said my battery might be faulty and promised to send someone to test it out. Honestly, I'm pretty let down as a customer and I've asked them to stop sending me emails and mail.
New ebike
I was super excited to finally get my new electric bike, I had spent so much time researching before making the purchase. But shortly after a few rides, my brakes completely failed! I contacted the company and all they told me was to just wait for a free upgrade kit, but it's been months and it still hasn't shown up. I got the bike to save money on gas over the summer, but now it's just sitting there, not doing anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone!
electric bike without battery
So I got this really awesome electric bike, eh? But then it arrived without a battery! And when the battery finally showed up, it was super late, eh? I installed it and then the bike didn't even work! It displayed some strange error code and I had to wait forever for a replacement part, eh? The customer service was really bad and the quality of the bike was not even good, eh?
Birthday surprise XP lites
Our experience with the customer service at this shop was amazing. We were a bit worried after reading some reviews about long wait times, but my husband and I didn't have any issues at all. We both ended up getting the XP lites as a surprise birthday present for each other, without knowing the other was doing the same thing. We missed out on a special deal that could have saved us $100 for buying two bikes, but when we explained our situation, the customer service team kindly gave us a free accessory of our choice. The bikes arrived quickly, just 2 days after we ordered them, which was even faster than we expected. Since then, we've been riding them together everywhere and we're really happy with our purchase.

I gotta say, the customer service at this place was top-notch. They were quick to respond and really knew their stuff. All in all, I'm super impressed with the quality of everything and the service I received.
XP3.0 ebike purchase
I ordered the XP3.0 ebike from Lectric Ebikes back in May, but the whole process was a disaster. There wasn't any shipping information available on their site when I bought it, which was already not cool. Two weeks later, I finally got a shipping confirmation, but it was just for the bike accessories, not the actual bike! When I reached out to customer service, all they did was say sorry and randomly mentioned they upgraded my brakes for free, even though I had already ordered the bike with them. I contacted them AGAIN and this guy named "Andrew" said the bike wouldn't ship for another month and promised to send the shipping invoice by the end of June. Surprise, surprise, it never arrived. It's now the first week of July and I'm still waiting for my bike. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind being misled and treated like I don't know what's happening. At least they refunded me quickly, so that's something.
Electric trike
I bought an electric tricycle from this company hoping to have a great time riding it. Sadly, that wasn't the case. The trike came with a bunch of problems, the worst being that the seat pole didn't fit right into the frame. I had to take a video to show them what was wrong and even after getting some new parts, it still didn't work. The customer service wasn't much help and it seemed like the different departments weren't talking to each other. All in all, it was a letdown.
Two folding electric bikes
We bought two folding electric bikes from this company recently and we are really happy with how everything turned out. The bikes fold up easily and fit just right in our SUV, which makes it super convenient for us to take them wherever we want. The bikes are well-made and have been working perfectly since we got them. We're glad we chose to buy from this company and would definitely suggest their products to anyone looking for top-notch electric bikes.
