I gotta say, I was really happy with how helpful and friendly the service rep was. Even though I was stuck on hold for like 25 minutes, her politeness and attentiveness totally made up for it. The way she personalized her help for me really stood out. Thanks for turning what could've been a frustrating experience into a good one.

Booked storage
I booked a spot to store my bags, but when I got there, I couldn't find any place to stash my stuff. I asked around at all the coffee joints nearby, but no one had a clue about any lockers. I even tried calling the number they gave me, but the person on the other end was clueless about the luggage situation. It seems like a total rip-off to me - I feel like they just took my cash for nothing.

Shipping restriction to international customers
As a customer up here in Australia, I was pretty let down to hear that the company's gonna stop shipping to my neck of the woods come January 2021. The bummer part is they didn't even bother giving a reason for pulling the plug, so now I'm left scratching my head and feeling frustrated. I get that I could use a forwarding service, but the extra costs basically made shipping my order from the company way too expensive. It would've been nice if they had given us a heads up about the change in their shipping policy beforehand. That way, I could've made other arrangements or stocked up on stuff before they slammed the door shut.
