Works alright, but the hose nonsense is a pain

Parts

it only mates with their gun. I tried to source a different handle or fitting and hit a wall. Support wouldn’t share the hose-end dimensions. So either buy their part or fiddle forever. Kinda annoying. If you just want a working washer it’s fine, but if you like swapping bits or tinkering, be warned — I felt stuck and a bit frustrated.

Delivery was slow, service patchy

Communication

I use this kit every day for small repairs around the house and at the shop. The delivery was slow and the box looked handled. Parts worked fine, not perfect though — some pieces felt lightly used despite being listed as new. Customer service was the real problem; I messaged a few times and got no proper reply or offer to refund. It does the job, but I won’t order from them again.

Tried it, not for me

Quality

rain wipes it right off, leaves streaks on the trim, so within a day you’re redoing it. Also used a chamois once and it turned white — ruined that chamois, honestly. I reached out to customer support and they mostly tried to push another product on me, which was annoying. On the plus side I'm kinda glad I bought a small bottle first, saved myself a bigger mistake, and I expected better. Find something else, really.

Feels cheaply made

Warranty

I got the power nozzle as a gift. It worked fine at first. After a few weeks the plastic handle split along a seam. Then the internal O-ring crumbled and it started to leak. A short time later the return spring failed. I took it apart — everything does come apart, so you could in theory fix it — and found the spring was plain mild steel, not stainless. Design feels cheap. Customer support refused to send replacement parts or a warranty swap. I've had better from other brands, but at least the unit is serviceable, which I appreciated.

Late ship, weak follow-up

Service

“claims department first, then we’ll see.” That’s not reassuring — if you take my money you should make sure it gets to me in one piece. Customer service felt scripted, no supervisor to actually help, just back‑and‑forth emails. I’ve had other companies sort a replacement or refund much faster, so maybe my expectations are shaped by those. One small surprise: one rep did send a photo of the damaged item quickly, so at least someone cared enough to document it.

Not ordering direct again

Service

the product does what it should, but I won’t buy from them directly a second time. I needed those car-detailing supplies because I’ve got a bad lower back and couldn’t do as much heavy cleaning or take my car to a shop, so I ordered what I trusted. The kit arrived eventually and the polishes and pads worked fine — actually glad they did, saved me a trip and a sore back. The rest of the experience was just poor. Shipping moved at a snail’s pace, and their tracking was confusing — they opened a shipping ticket days before anything actually left. Customer service was worse: the number plays music, drops the call, you call back and then they either ignore you or route you to commercial sales (which, yes, is apparently the magic button if you want an answer). I tried to cancel, was told no, so I just had to sit and wait. So useful product, awful direct-sales process. If you can buy through a retailer, do that. If you have to order direct, prepare to be patient and to call repeatedly. I’m thankful the stuff worked, but not thankful for the hassle.

Car cleaning stuff

Communication

I bought some car cleaning stuff from those guys a while back, but they never sent it to me. I tried reaching out to them a few times, but they never got back to me. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on that awesome car cleaning stuff, but I guess it's not happening now. It's disappointing, eh?

Overpriced car cleaning supplies

Price

I ordered some car cleaning supplies a few weeks ago, and they were way too expensive. But I still haven't got them yet. I've sent many emails asking about my order, but they haven't replied at all. Obviously, their customer service is terrible, just like the reviews said.

Wax buffer purchase

Quality

I bought a wax buffer from your store not too long ago, but it stopped working after just an hour. I contacted customer service for help and they told me to check the manual for troubleshooting. Even after trying what they said, the buffer still wouldn't start. They promised to follow up in a day or two but never did, which left me frustrated with a broken product. When I asked for instructions on replacing the brushes, they said they would email them to me, but never did. In the end, I figured out how to change the brushes myself and got the buffer working again. The whole experience was disappointing, and I don't think the brushes should have needed replacing so soon. It seems like the company's growth has taken away from good customer service for loyal customers. Remembering where you came from and putting customer care first is important for keeping customers happy and coming back in the future.

Leaky foam gun

Quality

I recently bought a foam gun from these guys and it's leaking a lot! I didn't even use half of the product before it ran out. I did some research and realized others are having the same problem. The customer service took a long time to respond, and now I'm disappointed with this product I can't use.

Car detailing products

Service

I just tried to buy some car detailing stuff from this company, but their website wouldn't accept my home address. I contacted customer service to fix it, but they couldn't help. They basically said I should send the stuff to another address or use Amazon. It was really frustrating and disappointing that they couldn't be more helpful.

Torqx random orbital polisher

Quality

I just bought the Torqx random orbital polisher, eh, thinking it would be strong enough to keep spinning the pad even when I press down a bit. But, I was let down to see it wasn't as powerful as they said, eh, and didn't meet my expectations. And on top of that, I found out I couldn't even return it after using it because the return policy is brutal, eh. It's not fair to us customers just trying to find the right tool for our needs, you know.

Car wash soap purchase

Timing

I ordered car wash soap online, the website said it was in stock. But after waiting for a whole week with no sign of shipping, I decided to check in. Turns out, they didn't actually have it in stock and it was backordered. They said it would come in a week, but it still didn't show up. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and voicemail, but got no response. In the end, I had to ask my credit card company to help me out with a refund. I even tried contacting the company's US branch for help, but they were no help at all. I'd recommend avoiding this company and going with a different brand like Adams.

Car detailing products

Quality

My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I've been using their car detailing products for over 5 years, and all I've run into is poorly made chemicals. The gallons I've bought have always leaked, making a mess and wasting the product. On top of that, the 8 oz bottles I purchased only lasted for 2 months before they either stopped working or leaked everywhere. When I contacted their customer service about these problems, they were not helpful at all. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about the quality of their products or their customers' satisfaction. Because of these ongoing issues, I've decided to stop buying from them.

Power washer and kit

Service

That service was just terrible. I ordered a power washer and kit, but then found out the power washer was out of stock after getting an email saying the kit had been shipped. When I called to fix it, they made it seem like it was all my fault to return the item and said they wouldn't give me my money back until they got the kit back. They didn't even want to help me with a Fed Ex pick up, so I had to drive the 13 miles to the store myself. It's unbelievable how poorly they treat new customers. They really need to do better with their refund process and returns handling.

Foam gun, short handle attachment, and pressure washer

Warranty

I recently bought a foam gun, short handle attachment, and pressure washer from a company in Paris, Kentucky. The items arrived quickly, but when I tried to use the pressure washer, it didn't work properly. I reached out to customer service for help and was surprised to find out that I couldn't return the items because they had been opened and used. This no return policy for essential items worries me and makes me disappointed in the way the company handles customer service. I'm now working on disputing the charges with my credit card company because of this issue. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company in the future.

Diablo wheel cleaner

Quality

Eh, so I gave their Diablo wheel cleaner a shot, and man, was I ever let down. I followed their instructions exactly, but not one bit of dirt came off my wheels. I even checked the rinse water, and there was no proof that it did any cleaning at all. Honestly, after this letdown, I'm not too keen on spending my time or money on any more of their stuff.

Carnauba wax and air fresheners

Quality

I bought some car detailing stuff from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good the products were. The Carnauba wax I picked up is amazing, almost as good as the pricier brand I used to use. The air fresheners are awesome too, they have so many different scents to pick from. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping with them again down the road.

Quick detailing spray

Service

The products themselves are pretty good and they come nicely packaged, can't deny that. But gotta say, the service really needs some work. I had to make two orders 'cause I forgot to add something to my first order. So, I called 'em up to see if they could combine shipping or give me back that $5 shipping fee, but they said no way. Not a total deal breaker, but it would've been nice, you know? Especially 'cause I called before they even processed the orders. I'm giving them 2 stars for not being very flexible. As for the products, I can't say how well they work 'cause I ended up sending 'em back and ordering from a different company that lets you add stuff last minute.

Headlight Restorer compound

Quality

I bought the Headlight Restorer compound from your store not long ago, but I was kinda let down by how it worked out. I did everything the instructions said, but instead of making my headlights clear like they said it would, it left this weird cloudy stuff on them. I had to go get a different product from another brand to get the results I wanted. It would be great if the store could give better instructions on how to use the Headlight Restorer properly so this doesn't happen again. Thanks!
