My order is wax for my car
So, like, I ordered this wax for my car and it hasn't even shipped yet. And, like, I didn't even get any emails about it. I tried calling them three times and the phone just hung up on me! How rude is that? I just wanted to cancel my order before it ships, but they won't let me. And if I return it, they'll charge me extra. It's just not fair, man. They won't even let me talk to a manager. Ugh, such a headache dealing with them!
Citrus wash and gloss
I gotta tell ya, I've never been so let down by a product before. I thought I'd test out the citrus wash and gloss, but after only using it a few times, it ended up messing up my clear coat in two spots. I contacted the company to see if they could help me out or give me some advice on what went wrong, but I didn't hear a peep back. It's really frustrating when a company doesn't own up to their mistakes, especially when it results in damage. Do yourself a favor and choose a brand that truly cares about their customers.
Car cleaning products
I bought some car cleaning stuff from this company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, their customer service was a real letdown. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times through that "contact us" email, but never heard a peep. It was super annoying not getting any response and made me wonder if they even care about their customers. The products were okay, but the bad service totally took away from that. So now I'm thinking of checking out other brands for my car cleaning stuff because I think it's key to support companies that actually care about keeping their customers happy.
Car detailing products
I went to the store not too long ago and had such a great time chatting with one of the staff. They knew their stuff, gave me some good advice, and even went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I was really happy with how they treated me and I'll definitely be coming back again.
