So, like, I ordered this wax for my car and it hasn't even shipped yet. And, like, I didn't even get any emails about it. I tried calling them three times and the phone just hung up on me! How rude is that? I just wanted to cancel my order before it ships, but they won't let me. And if I return it, they'll charge me extra. It's just not fair, man. They won't even let me talk to a manager. Ugh, such a headache dealing with them!

I gotta tell ya, I've never been so let down by a product before. I thought I'd test out the citrus wash and gloss, but after only using it a few times, it ended up messing up my clear coat in two spots. I contacted the company to see if they could help me out or give me some advice on what went wrong, but I didn't hear a peep back. It's really frustrating when a company doesn't own up to their mistakes, especially when it results in damage. Do yourself a favor and choose a brand that truly cares about their customers.

I bought some car cleaning stuff from this company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, their customer service was a real letdown. They knew their stuff, gave me some good advice, and even went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I was really happy with how they treated me and I'll definitely be coming back again.
