I feel like I gotta share my thoughts on this company, even though I usually don't bother with reviews. Honestly, my experience was so disappointing. The custom bobblehead I ordered was a total letdown, not worth the money or time I spent on it. The quality was seriously lacking and it didn't even look like the photo I sent in. And to top it off, the customer service was no help at all when I tried to sort things out. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I ordered some car cleaning supplies a few weeks ago, and they were way too expensive. But I still haven't got them yet. I've sent many emails asking about my order, but they haven't replied at all. Obviously, their customer service is terrible, just like the reviews said.

The spot was super close to the subway and the airport bus stop. So convenient, I didn't have to carry my stuff around all day. It was seriously the best!

This lack of communication has really gotten on my nerves and let me down as a customer. Good customer service is super important for any business, and the fact that I didn't get any help or even a response to my questions just isn't right. Companies need to be quick to respond and pay attention to what their customers need, but in this situation, I felt like I was being ignored and not appreciated.

I was so lucky to finally get my hands on a pair of socks after dealing with those constant out-of-stock problems. And let me tell you, their customer service is a joke - so useless and incompetent!

I don't get why there are negative reviews, 'cause my experiences have always been good. The customer service here is top-notch, always going above and beyond to help with any questions or problems. The products I've bought have been good quality and priced fairly. I've been shopping online for 15 years now, and I can honestly say this company always gives me a good shopping experience. Oh, and just so you know, they're based in Seattle, not China.
