So, I bought these gloves from the store and they seemed really cool. But when I tried them on, they just didn't fit right. So I went back to exchange them, but they flat-out said no! Can you believe it? I didn't even wear them, except for trying them on. I'm so ticked off!

I recently bought climbing shoes in a Black Friday sale and man, what a letdown. The shoes I got were way too small, even though I made sure to order a bigger size. When I tried to reach out to customer service about it, I couldn't get through on the phone and got stuck listening to a robot telling me to send an email. I sent an email over two weeks ago and still haven't heard back. When I tried calling again, I found out their lines were closed for the holidays and won't be back until another two weeks. This lack of communication and help from customer service is just not right. It seems like they sold me a faulty product and now they're dodging their responsibility to fix it. And their return and exchange policies are just terrible, making this whole thing even more frustrating. I was expecting much better service and reliability from this company.

I got this head lamp from the company not too long ago and it ended up being not in working order. I reached out to customer service right away to try and sort it out. Even though the product came with a three-year warranty, all they offered was a 30% discount on a replacement. I was really let down by their lack of responsibility and not-so-great service. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this store.

The climbing gear I got from this store is seriously top-notch, eh? The quality is outstanding, and I can tell it was worth every penny. I gotta say, this store has some of the best climbing gear out there. The materials used are tough and dependable, which gives me the confidence I need when I'm out there on the rocks. I really appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into making this gear. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this store to other climbers, eh?

I had the battery housing on my headlamp break recently. I contacted customer service yesterday and they sent me a new housing in the mail today at no cost. The EU department dealt with my request quickly and effectively. The service I received was beyond what I expected, and I am very happy with the result.

I bought this outdoor jacket that was supposed to be top-notch, it had great reviews in the States. But let me tell you, during a bike ride in Copenhagen when it was raining, I got drenched! And to top it off, the zipper was garbage, it completely broke. If I was in the Norwegian mountains, I could have frozen to death! My old Bergans jacket, which is 30 years old, does a better job at keeping me dry, even though I haven't treated it again since I got it. Black Diamond is a total flop! You can't trust it to keep you dry in serious situations.

I recently bought some hiking boots from this store and I gotta say, the service was pretty disappointing. I placed my order back on 03/10/2021, got the confirmation email, and then suddenly found out a few days later that my order was cancelled without them even telling me. Checked the website on 08/10/2021, and saw that it got cancelled on 05/10/2021. I was totally in the dark and could have been waiting forever for something that wasn't coming. Not cool at all - they really need to step up their communication game and care more about keeping customers happy.

My experience with the online shopping platform was so frustrating, eh. I tried all sorts of browsers and turned off my adblocker, but still couldn't figure out how to buy anything on the darn website. The whole layout and how it worked was just not up to snuff, making it a real pain in the butt to shop, ya know.

I got these really awesome poles for hiking, but one day they just broke. I tried fixing them, but no luck. So, I decided to use the warranty and the company was so nice about it. They sent me new poles, no charge, and really quickly too. They're great quality too, so I'm pretty stoked about it!
