King Cake Purchase
I totally didn't even think about the chance of bad weather holding up my order, but luckily Goldbelly came through for me. My king cake showed up in tip-top shape, not even one little crumb out of place. The customer service was outstanding, they seriously went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll for sure be coming back to Goldbelly for all my king cake cravings. Big thanks to the Goldbelly team!

Fast shipping, clear communication, always receive what I ordered
I gotta say, this company really knows how to do their thing. The shipping was super fast and affordable, they kept me in the loop the whole time, and I never got sent the wrong stuff. Unlike that one other place (you know the one), they tell you straight up what to do if something goes wrong and give clear directions. I'll for sure be coming back to them again in the future.

Fuel surcharge issue
I had a really frustrating experience with a store recently because they added this "fuel" surcharge that caught me off guard. Even though they don't even do deliveries, it was annoying to see this extra charge pop up at the checkout. It's not cool to make it seem like you're getting a great deal only to hit customers with unexpected fees at the end. So, I've decided I'm done with this store and I'm taking my business somewhere else.

Walking poles broke
I got these really awesome poles for hiking, but one day they just broke. I tried fixing them, but no luck. So, I decided to use the warranty and the company was so nice about it. They sent me new poles, no charge, and really quickly too. They're great quality too, so I'm pretty stoked about it!
