I was kinda bummed about the headphones I bought from Drop not too long ago. It took forever for them to arrive, like a whopping 3 weeks, which was a big hassle. And then, to top it off, I had to pay an extra delivery fee that they didn't even tell me about when I bought them. I was so annoyed with the lack of transparency about those extra costs. On top of that, I had to fork out unexpected customs fees, hiking up the cost by almost 20%. When I tried to talk to the customer service about all this, they gave me some generic response and pointed me to an article on their website. Overall, the whole ordeal left me feeling unsatisfied and not wanting to order from Drop again in the future.

I bought some alpaca blend yarn and knitting needles from this store not long ago, and I have to say, I am really impressed with how great they are. The yarn is super soft and feels really luxurious, and the knitting needles are strong and easy to handle. I'm excited to finish my current project and move on to the next one using these amazing materials.

I bought some ice cleats from this store and they were a complete waste of money. The grip was awful, they kept slipping off my shoes, and customer service hasn't bothered to respond to any of my emails. I even filed a warranty claim 5 weeks ago and haven't received any updates. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this store.
