replies within hours, sometimes minutes, and real people — Liz and Katlyn — actually sorted a price adjustment when the item went on sale and refunded the difference right away. That tiny bit of honesty mattered more than I thought. The product itself helped more than I expected, and I didn't mind the customs fees from Canada since at least the company treated me right. Also the packaging was nicer than I expected, minor thing but noticed. Not perfect — delivery took a bit — but glad I bought it.

I had already paid the company to bring the headphones to my door, so that extra charge felt like a bait-and-switch. To make it worse, they didn't include customs/duties in the price like other international shops I use, so I ended up paying close to 20% on top. I emailed customer service, explained everything, and their reply was basically "we didn't collect it so we can't refund it"—no real help, just a link to a delivery policy page. I used to have smoother experiences buying from other places, so this was disappointing. The headphones work fine, but the whole buying/arrival process left a bad taste and I'm honestly hesitant to order from them again.

I thought I did everything right. Two Black Friday buys, hit the $500 mark and they sent the $50 gift card like they promised. Sweet. Then I go to use it and suddenly the order using the gift card is cancelled and the gift card is voided — no heads-up. Called customer service. They said they'd flagged that gift card order as possible fraud because I placed "too many orders." Too many? Regular orders went through fine. Felt a bit like being judged by a robot. I've put up with their long shipping before, annoying but manageable. The weird bit was the surprise — the gift card actually arrived, which made the cancellation sting more. I still like some of their stuff, but now I'd be cautious.

Sitting at my dining table with a sore neck and lousy hearing, I thought better headphones would help me focus and ease the strain. Ordered a pair of Meze 99 Noir — needed them for clearer sound, nothing fancy, just to make work and calls less tiring. The whole warranty/return part turned into a weird saga though. I had to send the set back with the label they gave, overseas return, and the tracker showed arrival mid-May. After that it went quiet. Customer service told me to wait seven business days for warehouse verification, so I did. Then I kept poking them — I asked and asked — and got vague answers, then radio silence for a while. I was skeptical and honestly thought I’d lost my money. After some persistence and a few escalations they finally located the package, confirmed the replacement and shipped it out. Delivery was slow, but the rep who followed up at the end was helpful and apologetic, so I felt some of my trust come back. Not flawless, too many gaps in communication, but in the end I got a working replacement and that matters.

they only ship after they get enough orders, so you wait. I won’t lie, that waiting made me nervous at first, especially when the estimated dispatch slipped by a week. But here’s the thing — the moment I put them on and flipped on a familiar track, I stopped worrying. That was the exact second I knew I was happy. The sound was warm and detailed in a way I’d expected only from much pricier Sennheisers. It’s not totally perfect — the clamping force is a touch firm at first and I noticed a tiny bit of hiss on very quiet passages — but those things faded once I got used to them and the music mattered more than the quirks. Communication from Drop was steady: good tracking updates, clear emails about the delay, and a reasonable timeline instead of radio silence. Shipping took about five days after dispatch from the US to the UK, which I think is decent. Price-wise, I paid roughly $170 with shipping and, even if import duty shows up later, it’ll still be a bargain compared to similar models sold retail. I told my buddy to get in on the next group buy and he did; that’s how confident I felt. So yeah, slightly annoying waits and minor imperfections, but the point when I actually listened made it clear — good product, fair process, and worth the patience.

I was kinda bummed about the headphones I bought from Drop not too long ago. It took forever for them to arrive, like a whopping 3 weeks, which was a big hassle. And then, to top it off, I had to pay an extra delivery fee that they didn't even tell me about when I bought them. I was so annoyed with the lack of transparency about those extra costs. On top of that, I had to fork out unexpected customs fees, hiking up the cost by almost 20%. When I tried to talk to the customer service about all this, they gave me some generic response and pointed me to an article on their website. Overall, the whole ordeal left me feeling unsatisfied and not wanting to order from Drop again in the future.

So I made an online order not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. First off, there was no way to talk to a real person right away to sort things out. I had to wait days just to get an email back about where my order was. And to top it off, I was told my order would be here by 4/10, but it didn't show up until 4/20. And even though they said they'd give an update on 4/20, they never got back to us. The whole thing was just a mess - waiting forever and then having slow shipping on top of it all. Just not a good experience overall.

The new website layout is super confusing, I mean, seriously! It feels like all they're selling now is the same stuff on repeat. I can't find any of the cool TV screens, computer parts, monitors, or gaming gear anymore. The website is so boring now. I have no idea what they did to make it this bad. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends unless they fix it up.

I just bought some keycaps from Drop recently. I was really looking forward to getting a really top-notch set, but the whole thing turned out to be a bit of a letdown. When the keycaps arrived, they were all jumbled up in a poorly packed box, with some even missing. The quality of the keycaps was just okay, definitely not what I was expecting for the price I paid. Honestly, I could've gotten the same or better quality for way less somewhere else. Plus, getting all those annoying spam emails after I made the purchase just made the whole thing even more disappointing.

I can't believe I trusted this place for a deal on some running shoes, eh. It's been nearly a month and still no sign of my order. I've gotta say, I was a bit nervous ordering from Drop after hearing some bad stuff from folks in the UK. But man, my experience was way better than what they were talking about. My experience with Drop was not great at all. The ordering process was fine, but when it came to the delivery, it was a total disaster. It took more than three weeks for my order to finally show up, which is just not okay nowadays. And the fact that they don't let FedEx hold packages at nearby pick-up spots is a real pain. You'd think a company from a big city would know better about providing convenient delivery choices. All in all, I was really let down by my experience with them.

The whole thing was smooth sailing and he had a fix for me in no time. I bought this belt thinking it would look really awesome, but it doesn't actually look like the pictures online at all. Seriously! I tried to talk to them about returning it, but get this, they don't accept returns unless there's something physically wrong with the clothing, not just because it didn't fit or looked different in the photos. Seriously, what's with that? Definitely not shopping with them again, that's for sure!
