Purchased clothing, mis-sized shorts
I bought a pair of shorts online that were supposed to be my size, but they turned out to be way too small when I got them. I was pretty bummed about it, but when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful. They got back to me quickly and gave me a full refund, which I wasn't expecting at all. Even though I wasn't happy with the shorts, the great customer service actually made me feel better about the company overall.

Veggie taco bowls
We've only made one meal from our delivery so far, eh, and it was so good! We went for the veggie taco bowls with Beyond Meat "meat" and made some changes to fit our diets. We switched out the sour cream for a vegan version and used vegan cheese instead of cheddar. The meal was really tasty, and we're excited to try the Gnocchi dish next. It's awesome that there are choices for different dietary preferences.

Painful experience
Was hoping for something like Nord VPN, but NordPass was a disappointment. Confusing, poorly explained, and tech support acts like you're supposed to know everything about technology. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this product.

Purchased monthly subscription
I was so pumped to try out the service and make some cool videos to share with my buds and fam. But then, my excitement turned into a total bummer when I found out that the videos I made were getting removed from Instagram and Facebook because of copyright stuff. I was really looking forward to flexing my creative muscles, so this was a major letdown. I decided to cancel my subscription right away, only an hour after signing up, because it was obvious this service wasn't going to cut it for me.
